This is big thing. I do see Gordon offering lots of what Gallagher does and if we are getting Maddison now or the summer, between what we have already and those two I don't know that Gallagher is needed. He is pretty versatile and offers lots of useful attributes, just not next level ones imo. Bit like Gordon though there is raw potential if our coaching staff can harness it. We do have people capable of hitting from a distance in ASM, Bruno, Schar and even Almiron. It just hasn't helped oppositions have started being much tighter defensively and how they approach us has limited space. The addition of Gordon and even someone like Gallagher to create more space will help that. Whether we improve our wayward shot attempts who knows.

Think Gallagher would be decent here. Been a bit underwhelmed by him post palace but he would definitely fit here. Loan with option would be perfect. Think Chelsea would prefer palace but if Gallagher pushes for us we might have a shot.

I'm happy with Big Joe, Bruno and Longstaff/shelvey for deep mids if we could bring someone like Maddison in. It will be nice to free up Bruno further forward but he is also terrific as DM. Having another option to unlock defences is more important to us right now imo. We are likely done this window after Ashby and Gordon so a moot point but we have a couple of days to dream!

Literally no idea on this. Highly rated but has made one 10 minute cameo at the top level. Very low risk for high reward and another home grown is important. Can't complain at some more depth that will likely have re-sale value if he doesn't make it.

To be fair Brian Blessed is supposed to be an absolute loon to work with. Probably still filming.
