We lost a football match on ghd back of a near unprecedented winning run. Shut the fuck up with unnecessary bullshit. This happens in football.

If he comes on a free, replacing Wilson. Fine by me. Nobody really has senior backup strikers these days; offers us something different too. Cool by me. I trust Eddie and Mitch.
-
Suspect we will have a plan to deal with Semenyo and Kluivert’s drifting with Jerlinton and Sandro where we seemed to naive to that away from home earlier this season.
-
I’m all in on him now. Seems to have a cheat code on penalty kick saves, most incredibly fast on his line tbh.

Atlanta’s may be a good one to look at too for us- https://www.footyheadlines.com/2024/12/new-atlanta-united-2025-home-kit.html

Reviewing signings should be circular, but it seems like every player he signed has contributed in some shape or form, was crucial / critical at one time because Eddie and the staff picked (1) good professionals and (2) coached them well and (3) the system and tactics used helped further enhance abilities or limit the player’s weaknesses from being exposed. Ie: Targett for the loan spell and Wood for the few crucial goals in the survival season.

Every footballer is allowed to have a dip in form IMHO. I'm going to not rate the summer's signings. I'd class Targett and Ashby as the only ones are "misses" under Howe. Targett because he's been unable to play for multiple seasons due to injury, despite being KEY in our survival season whilst on loan and Ashby because he hasn't featured at all for us in his time outside of preseason. Karius is a "neither" as he basically has been free and deputized (argument he was poor in the final?). Minteh for the fee. Some would argue Barnes was not a hit if they think we should have used those funds for RW, but I'd argue he's a great squad player and has contributed when called upon with crucial goals. Trippier - Hit Wood - Hit Bruno - Hit Targett - Miss Burn - Hit Botman - Hit Pope - Hit Isak - Hit Loris - Neither Gordon - Hit Ashby - Miss Minteh - Hit (PSR safety) Tonali - Hit Barnes - Hit Tino - Hit Hall - Hit Kelly - TBD Ruddy - TBD Vlach - TBD Osula - TBD Fucking CLASS record in the transfer market.

had no idea that was an issue with him.

His goal v Everton at home when he bangs it in and wheels away with a “fuck off im him” look about him. That knee slide. Epic.
-
The CL clinching patch of bangers + PSG (h) banger. Always smiling, even when he was sold a dream under Rafa and had to deal with Bruce. 100% committed, ran his bollocks off, lovely man on and off the pitch. Miggy it's been a pleasure. Hope you smash it in MLS again.

Trips over for a match have become one of my favorite things at the moment. Already trying to figure out if I can make it back over for a match before the season ends.

I thought our ability to pin them in was mostly down to Sven being his usual self winning aggressively at midfield. He was fantastic imho. Been out for ages and he’s slotted in brilliantly.
-
His ball striking is absolutely incredible if we’re being honest.

If there weren’t any spending restrictions, how much better would we be right now?
-
There’s only one player in football who can make that pass. It’s his unique and brilliantly mad techniques man.
-
Don’t make it about anyone else? Keegan and Sir Bob were legendary managers and their time with us will be all time. I’d rather just say, 3.5 seasons under Eddie and he deserves to be in their grouping of all timers.

Keep the powder dry. Sell a few to add to the summer. Keep this crew cooking.

Sandro is unreal. Botman, Sandro, Bruno, Isak. That spine is world class.

WIllock, man
