Everyone in football loses possession, bad pass, etc. if they didn’t they’d be literally some of the best in the world. His stats do not lie and the eye test this past week even more so. Sean is returning to his old levels and long may it continue.

He’s massively underrated by our own fans and often (I feel) given far more stick than others. Neutral fans I know who watched yesterday, and Spurs fan I know thought he was excellent and was a constant thorn to Spurs with his energy and pressing ability.

He’s worth double we paid, and I’m convinced he’ll be a top 5 CB in the world.

Respect levels for Trips for nearly ALL people who play with him or against him is immense. Haven’t seen someone so well respected.

Again, how is this guy not starting for the Dutch? He’s playing better than any of his country mates in that same position.

Genuinely starting to believe he’s one of the best tactical brains in all of football right now. Just look at each game we’ve played - we’ve installed a system and game plan that nullifies our opposition, forces them into mistakes and further makes OUR players better as a unit.
