I like that Happy Face changes the style of every single one of his graphs and charts; you need a branding/style guide for your work, man.

1 year on loan at Seattle. Was hoping he'd go somewhere in Germany or Spain tbh. Just somewhere with some track record of developing youngsters (mind you Spurs have been doing better at that dept recently and I do like Poch'tino)

Stating the obvious is always painful - Fucking guy still didn't get sacked after that run-in last season.
-
For me its either him or MYM, and I prefer MYM - and a new LB and CB partnered next to either. A player of the quality of Janmaat on the left would be nice. I like Santon but he's hurt and Haidara has a lot to learn to develop, imo.
-
He needs to be a leader, not get bossed or done for pace or strength so many damn times or go on a walk-about back to Argentina when the going gets tough in the Winter time.
-
Santon is by far our best LB but his damn cutting in shit is about as annoying as the Tiote spin move
-
Seriously Even Krul is smiling Fucking hell man - just imagine if HBA and Cabella were given pure freedom on the wings to do whatever it took to get the ball in the net. Sunday would be exciting, the place would be roaring EVERY single time they got on the ball.
-
Read that there is the authentic one (player's one) and the replica one (normal sale) available. Just haven't seen it online or anything. Cabella looks a cracking fella by the way, all smiles, all the time.

Quite ticked off about De Jong and Tiote to be honest. I'm very much in the camp that De Jong is one of our most important players, early, but there's no other way he's not probably the most influential player for us.

Sigh. -
Put it this way, I was bit jealous when Spurs signed him as I was hoping that Tiote would be sold and we'd pair the 2 together in the middle of the park.
-
I mean he and Sissoko came through together and while Sissoko was getting initial praise being the more all-action midfielder - Capoue is like 6'2, strong and quick. Think his range of passing is pretty damn good too and of course, he has that understanding with Moussa. He's better on the ball than Tiote, he's not prone to those rash tackles, he probably won't take crazy long shots that head out of play, etc. But again - extra emphasis on his understanding with Sissoko. I do like his height and strength too.
-
Capoue and Sissoko actually worked well too.
-
Pardew openly blasts his. You keep that shit in the dressing room man, it's what most good sporting teams or managers or coaches do. You handle it in-house, and you don't let it get on in the public. You then work on ways internally to get people happy again.
-
If we bought Cabella today and could sell him tomorrow for 10 more, Ashley would do it.
-
All fine and all but as usual for this club - if a player has an influence they have to be on the pitch 24x7 in Pardew's world and they can't be rotated or used in certain situations. But with Pardew, its all or nothing. And when its nothing, the player is treated like dog shit and essentially kicked out the club.

I want to see a 50+ year old manager act like a fucking man and not look like a childish little prick in dealing with Hatem.
-
Not really. Ronaldo's physique has been honed in the gym no doubt. I know you know your fitness stuff - but you'll also know what I mean by -- Hey Hatem, bulk up a bit versus. Hey Cristiano, bulk up a bit. It's clearly in CRon's genetics the way he's been able to put on the muscle + maintain his speed, agility, etc. Versus someone like Hatem.
