Really hope he is fine. Not worthy to sacrifice his health for the fat cunt.
-
This probably explains why Ritchie was ranked 13 in kit selling a. We just don't have any kits sold under the Club.
-
Based on his final words, he really ruined his career going to Liverpool.
-
Risk adverse in terms of losing his own money, not the future of this club.
-
I ain't sure about that. We all know once Rafa walked we will back to Championships immediately. To me, it is best to sell the club when it is still in EPL. Yes with Rafa we might be safe, but what's next? Who will come to manage us after Rafa? I don't think the fat cunt is that stupid to expect more magicians coming in to save his ass after Rafa. He is the one who hired the likes of Kinnear Mcclaren etc and he definitely know the risk behind after Rafa walked. In fact he is already preparing for this and that's why he is locking up the money, in case Rafa really walked and we relegate this season. You may say I am optimistic but I do think he is planning to sell. No one will meet his demand if we relegate again, he definitely know this. He best selling time is the next 12 months, or he is taking the risk of having a club sinking without trace in Championship or League One. Given his risk adverse character I don't think he will do that.

I hope he did a marvellous job and we can be sold within months.

I think it's kinda mental issue more than shit personality. You can tell from his background.

To be fair, those loan are interest free. Convert to market %, the interest cost per year should be 4-5M per year if finance externally. No people here will notice or bring this out anyway. How much you think the advert space that SD uses converts too? Yea I know that's the response in this forum when staying out some facts that looks in favour for the fat cunt. Cockney mafia out, ok?
-
Tapping up players are "banned", but is tapping up managers banned as well? Never heard of this.

The profits will just become part of the capital, or you can say, part of the value of those shares. Unless SD announced a cash dividend paid out to shareholders, Ashley would not get any cash from the profits shared. Of course there are other means to get the cash, the most simplistic form is just to do an internal loan from SD to Newcastle United. However this will impose other disadvantages to his own business which he will never accept. Anyway, part of the story is real, part of the story is fake, as usual.

Why is Ashley permission needed here if West Ham willing to pay it?
-
We are not the only club that is in shambles after summer.
-
Okay where is the source for promised funds for Jan?
-
The problem with West Ham is their manager doesn't have the control over transfer. Bilic is not a bad manager but there is a serious lack of understanding between the manager and the players. I can't see Rafa work well there. Arsenal at season end is a good shout.

You can comfort yourself a bit by taking this as a desperation for selling the club and take back his investment. It would be foolish to assume he intentions to sell the club given his repeated PR exercises pretending he wants to sell. Even if he states its for sale we shouldn't trust a word that come out of his mouth. It doesn't matter. The key is as long as their is a loan own to him, that will count as part of the purchase price for the next owner. So in any case, Ashley will take back his money, just in the form of repayment of loan from the club, or from the next owner.
-
Even if there is a new owner who pay Ashley 200M for the club, he still owe Ashley around 160M due to the debt. So the true cost for the acquisition is 360M. What Ashley has put into the club basically is his purchase price + his loan to the club. So anyone who wants to buy the club has to match it. No way the fat cunt will accept a loss, never.

I can believe anything of Ashley. A scenario whereby he will sell fits the recent events. One problem with the club going on the market as it is is that there is a debt of at least £140 million owed to Ashley in the balance sheet. That is not attractive to a potential buyer. The tactic could be to spend the bare minimum now and use any surplus cash plus the £100 million odd that comes later with the tv deal to wipe the debt. It will be a lot easier to sell with a debt free balance sheet I think. If this is the case then he is of course gambling that we will do the necessary to avoid relegation. A relegated club is worth nowhere near as much as one that is in the EPL On the other hand the explanation could be any of the other theories put up on this forum....... Quayside, I got what you mean, but believe me people here won't tolerate this as this is what they called "Ashley take the money away from the club". On the other hand, I think it is fair to assume that Ashley is trying his best to decorate the financial statements, as well as taking back his investment like what you said. If this is the case, we may be close to the end. Let's pray for this.

No. As much as I love Rafa, we don't need to. The faster we sinked to the bottom the better, the faster we get rid of the fat cunt, and if we are back to a "normal club" we will be able to attract someone like Rafa again.
-
I better start to find another team that I got a feeling with and become their fans, make that my priority until the fat cunt is gone.
-
I always say the Ashleyout campaign needs to restart. Just like what we did 10 years ago. Why is the fat cunt allowed to sit calmly in St James? Look back if we was sold 10 years ago after relegation, imagine where we are now?
-
Are you seriously suggesting Rafa should or will aim to lose games? I won't blame him to do so if the aim is just to fuck off the fat cunt Seriously no one will match the fat cunt asking price and we are stucked till his death if we continue like this. The only way to cut the tie is to hit him hard, either by continuous relegation, restarting the Ashleyout campaign, or start some kinda boycotting to his Sports Direct business. The fat cunt simply won't get any harm by continue this way and we are the only one who suffer - and why should we?
-
Ashley is playing fire if he wants to wait for West Ham approach. If I am Rafa I won't walk but try my best to lose every match from now on. Only relegation can hit the fat cunt hard again.
