Of coz Messi created most chances when the whole team is setting up for him. If you genuinely think this is good for the team, then explain why they get three draws. Germany won the cup without a super star. We are in top half of the league without a proven EPL star. If a team is setting up just for shining the jewel crown it won't achieve great things.

No, not allowed to play with Messi so staying on the bench. The reason is he doesn't fit Messi. The Messi bubble has to burst. He is not Maradona who can carry the team on his own. The Messi & friends belief is the main reason why the qualification is a complete failure. You don't know what you're talking about. The main reason Argentina may not qualify is that Messi missed games through injury. The stats back this up. He created 5 clear chances for teammates last night. What more are you expecting him to do? Messi played in all last three draws. If you are saying he doesn't deserve to be criticised, you are telling me he isn't as great as people saying right? If you are saying he is on par with Pele and Maradona then tell me would they be free from critics for these three draws?

Yea kinda true as well, but the problem is people think Messi should also go that route and the team has to be Messi & Friends. When does Argentina become a super power that they don't need to field the best eleven players to win games easily? Dybala, whom Juv not willing to sell even for 100M is on the bench and Benedetto is the starting striker? WTF?

We won't hear much from now on. All internal negotiations between the fat cunt and the lady. The next news would already be heaven or hell.

From first runner up to out of main draw. Hail Messi.

The one who is not allowed to take flight?

Found this interview with her from a few years ago. Gives some interesting insight https://business-reporter.co.uk/2014/12/08/the-big-interview-amanda-staveley/ Thanks mate. Basically if she is interested in us, it's because we have Rafa Benitez. She said she only acquires business with exceptional management. Hope this deal comes true. If we have an owner who trust Rafa, and all the fans are behind Rafa, we can't fail.

I know it is hard to be worse than the fat cunt, by does anyone know what she's like?

Somehow I feel that the gallowgate flag will play a strong factor in persuading Rafa to stay for next season.
-
His positioning is poor, and he didn't contribute much in attack, but his has pace to cover up his weaknesses. A decent backup for both flanks. Nothing more.
-
Instead of saying he played sloppy, I would say it's because he was pinpointed by Klopp. This is probably the first time in his career that he got "respect" like this from a top team, and I am sure he will learn a huge lot from it. Well done Mikel.

They look disjoint because they are not playing their game, full credit to Rafa.

The draw feels like a win.

The only way to stop is Shelvey not letting Coutinho to cut in - and it is definitely not Shelvey fault
-
Salah on the bench, Firmino Sturridge Mane Coutinho to start
-
As I said, the political problem played a part in Neymar saga, and it is realising.
-
The only plus I can think of is the fat cunt may speed up the process of selling the club.
-
I can't understand or imagine on what basis would Rafa extend his contract at this moment.
-
Yep. In fact in that distance, any shot would get in as long as it hits the target.
-
He earned enough credit for costing us 3 points. Let it go.

My Liverpool mate is saying the transfer fee is too expensive for someone who only plays 19 league game per season.

My view is it is easy to do something you are good at already, and easier to continue improving that department, but your ceiling would be lower and you will become a very limited footballer. What I see is Perez is trying his f***ing best to develop in his all round game, which is a much harder route but with much higher ceiling. It's very hard to learn something you ain't good at, and it takes time. Rashford is similar. Every Man Utd fans would tell you Rashford was s*** last year and always try something he isn't good at, and some even question Mourinho why persisting to play Rashford. What we see this season is the answer, isn't it? I am not saying you are wrong, I just think the final answer is yet to be known, and I hope people appreciate Perezs hard work and ambition behind. It really, really takes a lot to make such a change.

This is not worth the strength though. He relied on having quick feet to beat people, he looks too heavy and cumbersome now. That is clearly not his natural weight. I don't think a ten needs to be physical, he's heading backwards. He was far better off at his original weight. Managers getting players to "bulk up" is one my pet hates in football I think we have to observe more. Perez changed a huge lot during 1 year time and there is chance that he didn't lost it but just adapting and trying something else. A counter argument is that by having such tiny quick feet you are in fact harder to generate power on your foot and that's why Perez always end up weak as piss shot that offers no real threat to opponents. His change in direction is obviously Rafa idea/order, and this actually explains why Perez was missing a lot last season - he was focusing on increasing his strength and changing his game. Do you trust Rafa then? And re the quick feet - that's also one of the reason why Messi is ridiculous. No one can generate such power like him despite dribbling like that.
