Because of his positioning. f***ing obvious, this. This isn't down to the manager? How come his positioning was good last season for big parts but not this season when he has been moved forward a bit? I for one believe Tiote's positioning is down to Pardew completely. No. Take Adam Johnson's goal as the example, and look at where he stands, and what's his decision. I am a defensive midfielder in real life, and I can tell you a defensive midfielder can never allow anyone to take shot that easy in that position, never. It is not down to Pardew or coaching. It is just shit judgement and poor football intelligence.

Pardew has to go. Just that I don't know who can we get as a better replacement.

the only match that all fans hope you'd play, Shola.

Just curious, say we play all the players you want as starting eleven, and we need to make substitutes for the last 30 mins, which player in your opinion can come out to do a job then?
-
Some fans are extremely willing to take risks. The rationale is simple: this doesn't work, so let's draw lots again. If we didn't do so, we would not be able to challenge the top. I never agree with this rationale, btw.

What the f***? towards Madras i mean.

This is exactly what I thought, especially about the replacement part. Look at the past managers we have hired under Ashley - I simply cant understand why people can be optimistic for that. "Working under Ashely", "No say on transfer", "Balanced Budget" - Is that really that attractive? Or you've forgot what state we had been before relegation? but then, anyway, just get rid, sack him now, at all cost. i am serious. I have fed up with all the arguments for and against Pardew and lets just move on, no matter who the new manager is. Just move on please.

Teams close him down more than in his 1st season and that has exposed his weakness with his ball control. Nothing to do with Pardew, though you could ask what are the coaching staff doing to help him with that? Remember the days when we think "Tiote is classy" when he did those moves during his first season? In fact he has been doing all these since his early days (and caught out a lot of times as well). Yes you could say Pardew failed to coach him not to do so, but to say Pardew instructed him to do that? Serious? I really don't understand what is going on here. Look at our last few appointments: Hughton, Shearer, JFK, KK (2nd Reign), Allardyce, Roeder, Souness. None of them suffer that lot negative comments here. Today it is Tiote's dwelling, yesterday it is Marveaux playing time, 3 months ago it is why he didn't issue ultimatum to Ashley for more players, 6 months ago was the long ball and hoof ball, one year ago it is HBA's tracking back and playing time. On and on and on. Oh yea to some people here spending 2m on Obertan is an unforgivable sin as well. Just sack him please. I have had enough of all these bullshits. Just sack him and hire another one, hopefully that one, no matter how shit he is like JFK / Souness, he probably won't be treated like this. Please just sack Pardew.

Jesus christ. Tiote's dwelling on the ball problem contributed to Pardew now? Instructed? Does anyone know he's already well-known for this during his spell at Twente?
-
I think it's fitness issue more than tactical. He nearly shines everytime when coming on as a sub against tired opponents, but he also disappointed us everytime when playing as a starter.
-
I find it hilarious when people said "with the back of Ashley / with such a talented squad" when the truth is we only have this "tremendous squad" for just 2 months. We are fucking lack of quality covers and we have been fuming at Ashley for not spending his penny and just target for profits. So just 2.5 months after January everybody now said Pardew are wasting the resources. Please.

I suppose it's not his fault he's still got his job, he's done is best to be sacked I hope he's sacked asap then. The posts recently made here are too ridiculous to read.
-
Is there any negatives that couldn't contribute to Pardew?
-
Marveaux is mentally weak --- you know he could do it, but he isn't aggressive enough to shine all the time. Obertan is just an idiot. You shouldn't expect much from an idiot.

I do think Pardew should be credited for bringing in foreign players well and settling them down. Actually this is a lot more harder than what people think. Usually it's the manager who make a wishlist to the chairman and the scouts and get the players they want. It is the opposite here --- the scout make recommendations and the chairman makes decisions based on "bargain". The manager's opinion has the lowest priority. Imagine you are Pards, you are told to use the new players, even if you know that they actually don't fit in your own system or they simply not suited to EPL. Yes it is your job to do it, but most of the managers didn't have this problem. Pards do. If there is a good manager available I would agree Pards should be replaced to bring the team forward, but I don't think Pards is THAT bad as people suggest here. Bringing in new players, especially when it is not those the manager's asking for, is never an easy task. Luque (Spanish International) and Viana (Euro 21 Golden Boy) were both very good players, but we all knew what happened in the end.

I was asking this as well. No one answer except one suggesting someone from Lyon.

Let's make a poll then, whether Poyet > Pardew. I am not defending Pards but I honestly can't think of any managers that 1. most of us believe is better then Pards and 2. is realistic.
