To be fair, Lescott - Terry partnership looked very very solid, and Parker should be guaranteed a starting place. These 3 players together with Hart formed a top class defending unit which is champions' quality. If England is willing to play counter-attacking, a decent result is warranted in Euro12. They really don't care much about the results, I mean the starters. Xavi, Iniesta and David Silva didn't pay much effort and got subbed very early. Those substitutes did care more as they want to secure their place in Euro12 but the likes of Torres and Cesc just continue to play without trying anything risky.
