Demichelis can't run but he's no fool.

FFS I thought we sorted this rule out when MYM got sent off. It's a 1 match ban. 3 matches is only for violent conduct/wild tackles e.g. Debuchy tackles. City have a lot of goals throughout the side. Even without Aguero there's Dzeko, Negredo, Toure, Jovetic. Even the likes of Nasri, Fernandinho & Silva have that match-winning ability. Much like La Liga & Real Madrid they simply have too much in the squad. If they can hold it together defensively they should win it. For me L'pool & Arsenal are 1 loss away from being out of it.

Norwich basically need 8 points from there next 4 games to stay up an for Hughton not to get the bullet. Even that might not save him come the summer. I don't think it's outside the realms of possibility that they could beat one of the top teams when they face them. If they can get 6 points from the next 4 games and play well, they could pick up something against the big lads. But I agree he's a goner at the end regardless. Nothing to look forward too.

Arsenal have done well to still be involved with the lack of depth and injury troubles. If they could get a couple back from injury they have half a shout. Will need to start beating their rivals though. But they've hit a rough patch and are still right there. L'pool have been great. They could still yet power to the finishing line but they must have 1 or 2 bad performances in them in the season... will they win when they aren't playing well? Chelsea? Lack guile. 90% of the league will just implode 90% of the team anyway. Make a mistake - goal. So they have a great chance. City are the opposite. Lack a bit of solidity but have goals in the side. With only the league to play for they have to be favourites. Think City will just be too good but it will be close. 1 bad result here or there changes everything.

They've got a manager they seem to like but it looks like they've done that at Villa. Spent loads under Marty, now rarely spend money. What point are you trying to make? When Doug Ellis started taking money out of Villa they stopped going. Our fans just seem to enjoy it more. That Aston Villa are being run on shoestrings and the fans are seemingly okay with it after spending loads.

Especially when you think back to the season where we were fifth (without being particularly impressive either, I would add), comfortably ahead of them, and did... well, what we're still doing now. f*** all. Say what you like about the divine-righters in their support, but it stems from them always continuing to act like the big club they are; no matter where they are in the league. Compare and contrast to our lot and the effect it's had on our fans since Ashley took over. L'pool are (arguably) the greatest club in England though. You can't beat them down like Ashley has done to us... the facts speak otherwise. They have the players in the media to constantly remind people of where they should be.

Borini's just their Shola isn't he? Scores against the biggest rivals but little else?
-
Gotta try Gouff up top man. This guy is shot.
-
More than one mistake. Made 3 against Spurs. Another against Hull.
-
This game is much more like it.

He's scoring so little under Mourinho. Luckily for me when he plays for the national team he's sharing the role with Paulinho as ''second DM'' basically box-to-box where he thrives the most. Getting into the box from his speed and engine. He's excellent defensively, I guess his real weakness is like you say his creativity. Never seen him pick a pass to slice a defense up, but then again that's not his job. Yep that's why I liked him with Mata. Nice compliment of skills and capabilities.
-
He's not creative but technically he's way ahead of Sissoko. Defensively much more aware too. He doesn't get forward as much as he used too. His goal at the Nou Camp was sheer magic.
-
Some right shit about Ramires like. A cowardly challenge but he's a very good player. They have too many in his image now though. Made them a very boring side to watch. Was great when he was basically Juan Mata's engine and legs.
-
Him, Vlaar and Guzan have been a different class for us this year. You've got a decent spine Guza -Vlaar-Delph-Benteke but some of the rest are horrible. For the first 15 minutes in that second half you couldn't string 2 passes together. Everything hoof.
-
I missed that first time but it's a terrible, terrible "challenge". Cowardly. Left his foot in on purpose.
-
Outside of the goal i've been impressed with Delph. He had a lot of hype is a youngster but he's finally developing into a good PL midfielder. One of the few in Villa that can find a teammate.
-
WHAT A GOAL. BRILLIANT FROM DELPH
-
Vlaar is terrible at heading isn't he?
-
Bah gawd the PL is awful.
-
This was one of the games they should have been winning. It says a lot that at this stage they can't beat them. Fortunately they've got 3 or 4 of these types of games and Palace have 0. Sunderland can crawl to the finish line by being marginally better than 3 of the shit they face. Palace will have to play well to pick up 8-10 points.

What has happened to this lad?

It's fine Cajun, if you don't understand continue with your day.

If the FA decides who can be manager and they were all massive racists why did Campbell ever get the gig? You don't have to be a massive racist to discriminate against someone because of race. People have conscious and unconscious bias. I work for an organisation where women and minorities are under represented and we can admit there's probably some type of cultural, gender, ethnic bias that contributes to that. There's just this denial of the possibility that is ludicrous.
