In what is a 25-28 man playing team. You need 3-5 designated leaders. Thats the norm in any type of human group working towards a goal. People that hold peers to account, to set standards, to communicate sentiment up and down etc. The group needs rock solid characters mind. I look at spurs and they don’t have it for example.

Marco Silva has done himself a huge disservice by not going deep in cup competitions. I like his football more than Glasner but if Howe left I would want Glasner way before Silva.
