Owen Hargreaves never lived in England until he joined Manchester United. IMO it's more of a sticky situation with European to European moves. Nobody would've complained had Moses chosen England.

Wilshere's clearly not the brightest of lads.

Saw quite a bit of Brighton in the Championship. Thought he would probably do better in the PL than in the Championship. Brighton were very one-paced, if they went behind you couldn't see them winning. But knocked it about well, solid at the back. Spent a pretty penny with Brighton though.

The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Keith Andrews appointed at Brentford

Half teh signings haven't even got in the team. The likes of Thomas, Jermone, Kebe, Bannan and a few others aye. But there's a few he hasn't even played. There's one that didn't even get into the squad. He's clueless. -
He has 48 top flight league goals. His first great top flight season came in 2010. For comparison - Darren Bent has 100. Torres 153. Cisse's career record was great from 2010-2012 but it was nothing to shout home about before and after. His supposed impressive career stats are a myth.

If they can keep those lads fit and in good form I might start to fancy L'pool for a title challenge/win. For all the hype about Spurs, I don't see where the goals are coming from.

5 months of top, top drawer performances vs. 14 months of BS Fernando Torres still shows glimpses of class. So what? Cisse often has a terrible first touch and looks weak as piss. Shola has glimpses of class ffs. Disallowed goals are swings and roundabouts. His S'hampton belter was offside. Another one of his goals literally hit him on the arse and went in without him knowing. You win some, you lose some. During his purple streak I thought "there's no way he can keep this up and if he can we'll end ups selling him to Real Madrid". He scored 7-8 wonder goals. Anything he wanted to do, he pulled off. Can't keep that up forever. Towards the end of last season when he got a few winners in league and cup I thought was the type of performances I thought he could keep at consistently. And he hasn't managed that.

Never have I seen such an under performing player get so much excuses..

If it starts to get embarrassing for Crystal Palace, he'll get sacked. They'd take 19th/18th with a respectable fight. But I can see them really struggling. Signing all those players is a huge blackmark against Holloway. Shows he's clueless. Anyway Jol is most likely next. -

Crystal Palace are as big a club as many of the sides in the lower half of the league. -

Their crossing is really pretty good quality from the games I've seen, their problem is they don't have players to attack them. Every time they go forward - they'll cross it. Nothing creative from the middle. No link-up man either. Needed a #10 as much as a striker. -

Over reliant on crosses are Norwich -
Defensively Cole is on another level to Baines.

Had a good game.

He plays like a fairy tbh. It's been mentioned before but he plays like he';s above a physical confrontation. Eased off the ball so often.

They didn't bid for any other AM's as far as I am aware of. They bid for multiple DM's and Strikers. Who else did they bid for as an AM? -
He's been shit much longer than he's been good.

Ozil was a fluke signing imo. By fluke, I mean that Arsenal hadn't identified that position as an issue or seriously pursued Ozil until it became apparent Madrid wanted to sell. -
This. A million times this. Cisse has scored 8 goals in 50 Premiership matches.
-
Great goal
-
Then Van Wolf gets a superb assist.

Van Wolf looks a nothing player like
-
Remy Ba HBA would be dreamy stuff.
-
Natural passing?

Gouffran seems a nice lad but he needs to tell Pards to try him upfront centrally for a run of games. Cisse never looks like scoring. His goals to minute ratio must be among the worst in the league for strikers over the last 18 months. And he offers nowt outside the box.
