This guy has absolutely nothing about him that warrants him being a premier league footballer and millionaire. He's fucking beyond hopeless, the fact he's made over 150 appearances is nothing short of a disgrace. Him and Coloccini are by far and wide the worst cb pairing in the premier league. Both should have been peddled long ago. Coloccini gets these ridiculous praises but he's been piss poor apart from 1-2 seasons

Man City 5-0 NUFC - 21/2/15 "Match" thread - Post match reaction from p. 1

I'm so fucking sick of us getting spanked all the time we have the same centre half pairing we had in the championship which was 5 years ago. Coloccini and Willo are just championship standard it's embarassing these 2 fuckwits wouldn't get their game for boro -
Newcastle 1-1 Stoke 8/2/15 - FT post-match reaction from p30

Utter utter fucking dross it's amazing how shite we are to watch. I cannot get any form of excitement from this shit that is served up. Even when Colback scored it was just meh Carver is just so far out of his depth here. It's like my work losing the GM and then giving the job of running the operation to the shithouse cleaner -
This reflects my sentiments too since moving upto Scotland and this regime sucking my passion for the club I watch at home or in a bar and can't even muster any excitement at a goal or a win...or do I despair at a defeat it's just complete apathy 10 years ago life was so different

Zaha saying the gaffer plays attacking football and you can't defend for all the game You have a lot to learn boy

5 of our squad going to Rangers.....dodgy dealings by the fat bastard to protect his investment in the bigoted bastards up here

I wasn't old enough at the time, but even before the Sky era, wasn't there a 'big 5' in the media of Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs & Everton? Pretty fucking grim when you actually think that 25-30 years on, but for a few brief spells from clubs like Blackburn, us, Leeds...the only difference is Man City & Chelsea's oil money has muscled in yet Spurs & Everton are still 6th & 7th really. No doubt in 30 years time it'll still be the same, regardless of Sky. In fact, it's probably because of Sky that average clubs get a very good level of players these days throughout the league. You did have the big teams Liverpools dominance etc, but you had teams like Ipswich,Watford,Forest,Crystal Palace,Wimbledon,Villa,West ham challenging at the top for seasons. Teams like Luton Oxford and Wimbledon winning cups the league was more exciting there was hope for fans of other teams the games meant more to the fans. Saturday at 3.00pm carried a significant meaning The sit on their hands with their mobile phones brigade or prawn sandwich brigade didn't exist Games weren't on the telly as much as they are now SKY has saturated the whole game that a lot of us older generation area rapidly losing interest The fact you now get lower division teams fielding weakened teams in cup competitions was unheard of then. The gap in the premier league between the have and have nots is embarrassing. All of us fans of the remaining 14 teams or so know before a ball is even kicked we can't compete and the main aim is to hit 40pts. You could no sooner finish 8th or bottom It's just shit all love hope and expectation is gone from me now. Yes we were still shite in the 80s but I enjoyed it the whole period Mick Quinn mark McGhee etc. and the 90s is an era none of us will forget Them days will never ever return
-
Football has been destroyed by SKY the passion I had in the late 80s and 90s has been sucked out of me totally. I'm just so meh about it now you don't see sections of crowd going mental when a goal goes in, it's just subdued applause at some places not even off your seat material. Yet you look at Bundesliga games and other foreign games and the passion is still intense. SKY have created this us and them with the big boys it's as if the rest are there to be cannon fodder and when we do beat them it's portrayed as some Ronnie Radford like shock that will be remembered forever....fuck off I have found myself becoming more and more immersed in US sports recently as the system they have with the collegiate and draft setup prevent any of this us and them shite as the sports go in cycles.the parity setup is fantastic and the passion for their teams never wanes Im losing all interest in English football rapidly so much so that if we did go down it just wouldn't affect me at all and I hate SKY for creating this level of apathy in me
-
Fuck off Merson you know nothing you pissed up retard

I was told the same disposed of championship manager who used to manage a club in Berkshire today too Got the info from one of my opposite depot managers in Spalding who knows him from his Scunthorpe days as the physio Very very underwhelmed by it all but it smacks of cheap option yet again
-
If one of my team is underperforming to his levels and the rest of the team are carrying him and taking the flak for his mistakes I'd end up having him clean the shithouse There must be players who resent and even hate the useless fuckers we have I remember woodgate saying something along the lines of Titus was the worst excuse for a footballer he's ever played with
-
It's criminal to think this hopeless excuse for a footballer has played 150 games for us. Never in 35 years of watching NUFC have I seen a more pathetically inept centre half and that includes the likes of Titus,Boumsong,Kevin Scott,Malcolm Brown etc. this guy has nothing to suggest he's even good enough to play for Gateshead. He is literally terrified every time he gets the ball

Spurs 4-0 Newcastle United - 17/12/14 - Post Match Reaction from page 25

Another fucking pasting....why don't we ever just get beat 1-0 we always get fucking hammered......Sunday is another fucking hammering coming -
You can't win. It's impossible to have a remotely sensible discussion with a bloke who considers a 4-1 loss as 'a good performance'. Fans are too loyal. They worship anything. They believe anything they're fed and they'll not hear a bad word said about their club. I'd even go as far as saying they're as big a problem as Pardew is. They are, the absolutely are, midds. I had that type of loyalty until I was about 11-13 years old before I started thinking for myself and the bigger picture for the club. People have no regard for the history of this club and what it means to English football. It's being strangled. Also, shock horror- there were doubts over Arsenal's capabilities tonight and they were there for the taking, so he bottles it because he knows he can't set up a team to go and win a game (proactively). I'm not talking about playing a defensive line up to the half way, I mean getting in behind Arsenal; not once did we make a run like that of Welbeck's for the penalty. It's all played in front, give it to Ameobi (woeful player) and hope he beats the full back on the outside (his only move) and gets a cross in. Play Perez on the shoulder of Mertesacker, arguably the slowest CB in the league? Oh no, play him on the wing instead. Whilst to sum it all up we drop arguably our most technically gifted player (again) in Cabella and bring him on 0-2 down- what the fucking Christ does Ameobi offer that he doesn't? Sammy is absolutely hapless, just like Colback, Gouffran, and that Conference League CB he insists on playing beside Colo. We're going to have to break down the mackems next week but he can't, we'll play this same team we did today (+Sissoko if we're lucky) and the cunts will mug us again. Losing to them last year was the last game I've been to, and ever will under Pardew/Ashley, and if we lose again I will be absolutely done with the club in every sense. 20 years ago we had genuine ambitions of winning this league. Had Cantona screwed his shot wide then I firmly believe we would have done it too. We wanted to win the league and it wasn't a pipe-dream either, we had the players and the manager to do it. We came up short eventually but we gave it a fucking good go. Fast forward 20 years and we have thousands of fans who are perfectly happy just to compete in the same league. They look at the worst case scenario and build from there. At least we're not Leeds/Portsmouth. At least we're not Sheff Wed. At least we're not Boro. At least we're in the PL etc. Be grateful, it could be worse, it has been worse, phew - we're still cannon-fodder for the really big teams. The job Ashley, Pardew and his team have done to dampen down expectation and hope has been superb. They've taken a big club and managed, over the course of 5 or 6 years, to kill ambition, enthusiasm, pleasure and hope. They've stamped all of that out and the grown men who've seen us legitimately challenge for the title are now clutching at the morsels thrown from the top table, it's pathetic. These fucking pricks are so meek that they accept their new role in the league without question. We're also-rans, insignificant, and it fucking stinks. We very nearly won this fucking league and the cunts who watched it happen don't even remember. It's criminal. Very very true I find it hard to take that people around my age bracket and older (40) people who remember them glorious years of 93-97 and the years under Bobby just take the shit that is thrown our way these days. My club is a shadow of what it was its dead inside. Ashley Pardew and all these fucking cronies have created this level of I don't give a fuck in myself , I cannot get excited for a win or depressed for a defeat it's just pure apathy and for that I hate them I'll never set foot inside SJP until these cunts are gone and that saddens me We once bought the best...competed with the best, sent them home from Newcastle with a spanked arse. Now we just roll over and die. Having such average players being lorded over likes of Gouffran,Williamson,Colback,Ameobi,Dummett these players are no better than the shite we had as deepest squad fillers in previous years..des hamilton,Alex Mathie,Paul Robinson et all I'd take another relegation if it meant clearing the decks of these parasites and emotion suckers from the club. Just as long as I can have my club back my emotion for it and my excitement
-
Can't say I agree. Plenty of scope for well run clubs to break into that top four imho. Never happen after Xmas the usual suspects hit the usual positions...and just repeat the process. Sky have totally fucking ruined football for the majority of fans in the country gone are the days of teams like Ipswich ,Watford,Forest,Derby being top teams in the land
-
Football is so fucking shit now it's the have and have nots. And we are just 1 in a long list of clubs who are cannon fodder and training practice to the champions league clubs Never ever will a team outside of the top 6 challenge for anything league wise It's just the same shit year in year out....I'm fucking done with it all

What will the pundits say about the silver creepy fuck when we go from bottom 3 to 4th and back again in the space of about 12-13 games. The bloke is a fucking fraud of a manager who gets lucky wins a few games keeps his job then reverts to type repeat ad infinitum I really hate everything about this club at the minute it's sucked all my passion and love I've had for last 35 years. From the fat cockney spiv using us as an advertising vehicle to his fucking cronies and the shit standard of footballers we have at our disposal....just meh and average as fuck -

Worst start for 116 years another milestone to put on Pardews CV Thank you, you utter cunt you've made watching NUFC a fucking sham -
Billy Askew,Rob McDonald and having the likes of Franz Carr, Roy Aitken, mark Simpson and ginger Paul Sweeney Ah them were the days
-
The team went 10 games without a win and in October 2006 they were beaten in the League Cup by fourth tier side, Chesterfield.[67] The club were on their worst run of results for 74 years.[68] Pardew was acting more like a highly paid player than a manager by turning up for training driving an expensive Ferrari car and was boasting of his wealth having earned £1.5 in bonuses in the previous season. His actions did not help team morale. Taken from West Ham wiki
-
He presided over their worst run of results for 75 years

I read a stat yesterday that the last 28 managers to be sacked have had a better record than Pardew
