Various: Mike Ashley in talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan
geordiedean replied to Kaizero's topic in Football
its f***ing You don’t actually believe this, do you? its f***ing grim reading and shows the problem big time His last three seasons.. 4th, 3rd, 5th Ever since (minus the Championship seasons).. 14th, 7th, 13th, 12th, 18th, 12th, 5th, 16th, 10th, 15th, 18th, 10th It’s an average placing of 13th for every year in the Premier League since SBR left. What other club could consistently be total dogshit and yet still think we’re something special? Well we were already on our way to total mediocrity before Mike Ashley even got here. He just carried on taking us into the mire. Overall we are a bang average to poor premier league team. This is our full premier league record. 3, 6, 2, 2, 13, 13, 11, 11, 4, 3, 5, 14, 7, 13, 12*, 18, 12, 5, 16, 10, 15, 18, 10 * when Ashley came in. Including the good years, our average finishing position overall from then to now is 10th The 14 seasons before Ashley got here our average finishing position is 8th. The years he has been here, in the premier league, the average is 13th. It tells it’s own story I suppose. But let’s not revise history. We’ve mostly been a really crap premier league side: Up until he came in though we me have performed crap at times but we always had decent players. Players that excited you, players that could score or create now we have players that are just absolutely utter dogshit and are way way out of their depths as premier league players Every single one of our players in our squad would not have got anywhere near a NUFC team pre Ashley -
Come end of feb we will be deeply entrenched in the bottom 3 along with Huddersfield and once in that situation we wont get out Losing 8 out of 11 home games is something ive never encountered in 40 years of supporting NUFC and it will only get worse over the season I can honestly see us losing about 13 out of 19 at home which ultimately is what will send us down We cant expect to get upto 25 points away from home to try and ensure survival
-
No fight no ability no goals inability to get anything at home just nothing there positive we are fucked. We don't belong in this league as we just can't compete. This is what happens when we have absolute sub standard shite playing for us. Not 1 decent player in the squad just Championship standard plodders We concede first we may as well pack up and go home

And told hed serve all 6

Need to shoot from outside the box for this to happen.....not a chance -
Im of this ilk also and now living in the states has helped me kind of distance myself from it all. I tend to enjoy the NFL more than I do football now and the interest in NUFC has been killed by Ashley and for that I hate him more Oh how id love football to go back to how it was mid 90s

Noticed her, or is it a him? Shes so vile and bitter I think her husband must have left her for a much more attractive and fuckable MAG girl
-
Teams are lining up behind them and a defeat on NYD could see a few overtake them as well as Luton or Pompey opening up more of a gap As ive said all it takes is a few losses and dip in form and they could struggle for auto promotion or even play offs Heady days

Groups of businessmen and advisors have scrutinised the books through due diligence and came up with a valuation which is the correct valuation (200m approx.) and because fatty doesn't agree all bets are off Its no co incidence that its been reported supposedly that 2 people have now offered 200-250m The FCB is not going to get 300m plus as the club is not worth that and there needs to be an investment of approx. another 250m in recruitment/stadium upgrade and refurb/training facilities All in buying NUFC is roughly a 500m investment initially and after perusing the books most people will probably say nah fuck that Rinse and repeat until the fat cunt dies -
We have failed to beat and score against Fulham, Cardiff, Palace, Brighton, Southampton it is absolutely imperative we win our home games against these Huddersfield, Cardiff, Burnley and Palace if we don't then we will go down no doubt about it The league can change so quickly in 6 or 7 games and with us having a set of fixtures which looks like it may not bring many points we could be in deep shit by mid feb. If we have not got 24 points with a dozen games to go I think it could be real tough Teams will invest over the next month if we don't act I think it will be grim as fuck

we are seriously weak as fuck infront of goal we just cant get that second goal in games how many times have we scored more than once this season?? -
Yep a bad patch and they could easily find themselves out of a playoff place....heres hoping
-
This is what will see us firmly in the bottom 3 by February
-
15 goals in 20 games you need to score goals to win games. At this rate we will be lucky to get 25 to 30 goals all season

How long is it since one of ours scored a 30 yard screamer we never seem to shoot on target from outside of the box at all
