I love that your soopa doopa offensive structure has a CB at CM and a relatively orthodox CM at #10. I mean, I know you have a lot of players missing, but it says something about the lack of depth. Squad: Loic Remy serves the third and final game of his suspension while Cheick Tiote, Fabricio Coloccini, Mathieu Debuchy, Papiss Cisse, Yoan Gouffran, Gabriel Obertan and Gael Bigirimana are all reported to be injured. Tim Krul seems OK after an injury scare at Chelsea -
According to the opta stats he was our second fastest player behing Dummett on Saturday.

Barry Taylor thought so!!

Spurs will bring 2k and I reckon there'll still be 45k home fans prepared to suffer it so I don't think your guess will be far wrong. 0-2 Be 49,372 there I reckon. -

Sammy deserves it and LDJ must be tired. That's got to be the first 90 mins he's played in how long? If the next game was at the w/end then i could see LDJ starting again. Just think this might come a little too soon. It's not like Pardew has a choice, he only has Shola to turn to. I'm sure he wishes he had other options, like. We've got a 10 day break after this though, LDJ needs to play to build up match fitness. -

It was a shocking miss, even Stevie Wonder would have buried that. -

Should have hit that first time instead his touch was abysmal. Golden chance that and the sort you don't often get in these sort of games and that you simply have to put away. -
He'll be man marking Hazard man.
-
Well he's played most of his games in defence so by that alone he's a defender and it's a position he's used to. I would rather see players in positions which come naturally to them instead of throwing them into a position where they have to concentrate 100% on everything they do. Loads of players like Santon have no natural position and won't settle somewhere until late. He's a young player. Keegan changed a player's position all the time. No need to be dramatic. I can only think of Howey going to CH from CF and Rob Lee from Wide Right to CM. Who else?
-
Central Midfield as well. :anguish: :anguish: :anguish: :anguish: Play as many defenders as possible, the coward. Santon isn't a defender. He's not a central midfielder either mind!

Whispers of Santon playing in midfield.

exactly, my disabled next door neighbour asked me a while ago if I knew anyone who would want his ticket for the Norwich game because his son couldn't make it and he didn't feel comfortable going with anyone else as he's pretty self-conscious about his disability, ridiculous to think that that alone could of seen him have his season ticket taken off him. I mean, me dad can't make a couple of games every season, yet there's never been a problem with other people using his season ticket, don't see why a disabled fan should be more harshly treated. What if an adult uses a child ticket? In the terms and conditions of your season ticket you are allowed to pay the ticket office to upgrade the childs ticket to an adult one on 3 occasions each season. I upgraded my daughters ticket for my brother in law for the Arsenal game and paid £14 to do so. They just loaded it onto my daughters card.

Eye witnesses are notoriously unreliable. Last week on my way to dropping the kids at school we had to slow down as there had been an accident and there were police cars and an ambulance. When the traffic officer waved us through (they had it down to 1 lane) both me and the 2 kids swear blind we saw a middle aged man in a navy coat lying on the pavement being attended to by 2 paramedics. The chronicle reported that a 15 year old girl had been injured and taken to hospital!

She should have contacted the club beforehand and worked something out with them. I sympathise but she is in the wrong.

WHERE IS THE POLL? HERE http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,94970.0.html Found it thanks. (Caps are from a work program that I forget to switch the caps off from when I move form screen to screen!)

CFC were excellent last night mind, one of the best games of football I've watched in ages.

Job done. Brought in to sell Cabaye at the right price so his work here is done.

I'm sure he put in a lovely cross for Alan Shoulder to score against Exeter in the FA Cup 5th Round in 1981. Good, Skillfull player but a bit of a target for the boo boys iirc due to inconsistency.

What an absolute load of bollocks. Debuchy was great against Spurs, Chelsea, Man Yoo, Liverpool, Arsenal and the recent narrow loss to Man City. But aye he can't handle the pressure of big games because he's shit in the derby. I thought Debuchy was suspended when we played City?
