On my renewal letter it categorically states that Level 7 will be closed for Cup Games and Away fans will be house in the level 2 and level 4 corner of the Leazes/Milburn stand.

I saw Viduka showing his little lad Fenwicks window at christmas and he did indeed look as timid as anything and also a lot smaller and thinner than he looks on the football pitch. Mind you thats something i've noticed about a lot of footballers i've seen out and about, they are all smaller and skinnier than they appear to be on the field of play.

He did aquire it. That is one of the theories i have heard re him putting us into Administration. He creates a new company, transfers all assets such as land to this new company and leaves only the players in the Football Company and puts that into administration. if he creates a new company and transfers the assets (not sure how legal that would be to start with) what would be the point in putting the rest into administration ? No idea, but that is the scenario i have been told of by more than one source. by source do you mean a few guys in the pub with an A-level in business studies? Actually no, the source is someone who had business dealings with Jiminez. Everyone seems to know someone who knows Jiminez. Who were the other "sources"? Someone who has since been made redunadant by NUFC.

which bar in Orlando out of interest? You should have glassed him It's a place called BBQ Bar, it's downtown. Just looked up the term glassed and yeah, I was walking over there with the intention of sharing a few kind words with the douche who had a bleached faux-hawk. Color me surprised when it's Alan fucking Smith in Orlando, Florida of all places. He went there a few weeks before we signed him too, Rich off here saw him. Maybe he's got some friends here or something. I can't hardly think of any other reason to come to Orlando when you've got shitloads of money and could potentially go anywhere you want. Err Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld. Also you can be pretty much anonymous in the USA as an English Footballer as no one knows who you are. I have seen the following in Florida/WDW over the years : Alan Thompson Craig Hignett Robert Lee Iain Dowie and Steve Lomas (Hideous sight as they were together exiting a water slide at Typhoon Lagoon) Gordon Ramsay All of whom i recognised but all of whom went un-noticed by others as they are pretty much unknown in the US.

He point blank refused a pass right in front of the Milburn Stand against Portsmouth and waved his hand saying no. Very few not culpable.

Watson and Elliott didnt get a sniff under Keegan that year though. Alan Thompson fucked off that summer too iirc. They were different times. This all seems much more like the first season we got relegated in 1989. Flapping about and hoping to fuck we get back up. Keegan was fortunate with some of the players he had here - Howey, O Brien, Clark, Peacock, Kelly, Pav and even Kevin Brock all played a fair bit. However, he bought experience and got shot of those who couldnt push on. Franz Carr played very well in the first few weeks until KK decided Rob Lee was needed. Nobody moaned though. Same with Sheedy and Sellars. Meant we had a bit of depth. Quinny played in the cup and scored but never got much time either. KK was ruthless but he knew what he was doing. He also had the backing of SJH and there was an air of trust about the place. Not so sure its going to be easy to build that again. Thats what worries me about the Shearer appointment. We seem to go for a messiah type of figure who has the charisma the fans want. If thats what gets us up short term then fair enough but hopefully he has seen the bigger picture. KK getting rid of the reserves knocked us back a bit and much as people say our youth set up is shite, we have been to more cup finals in the last 3 or 4 years than we did in the previous 20 (not sure if that is saying much though). Place needs calm and reason not a whirlwind of change without rhyme or reason. Hope it happens, not convinced it will. Aye I'm sure I read Thompson was a bit of a twat or something at the time, or was getting too big for his boots. I'm sure it was John Beresford who recently said that Thompson just couldn't handle the pressure of expectation on him when playing at SJP and was therefore a bundle of nerves.

Watson and Elliott hardly played at all last time we were promoted. Venison Right back and Beresford Left back.

Not based on Liverpool he won't. -
To be fair, they have. Usually one of the better supports up here. EH??????? They haven't sold more than 1800 tickets up here for donkeys years, their support for supposedly their biggest away day of the season is pathetic. Agree. This guyb bloke has surely got it wrong. In a stadium of our size isnt the full allocation more than 2,800? Sure it is. Anyhow, I cant recall Boro bringing that many at any point in the last 10 years. 2880 is the maximum we give away fans due to segregation and layout of the seats etc but Boro haven't taken that many for years and usually take between 1500 and 2000 tops.

It was a fair tackle, he won the ball fair and square and it was only his trailing leg as he slid in that caught Alonso. Was never even a free kick never mind a sending off which is exactly what Barton was telling Carragher as he walked off.

Absolutely Gibbering Nervous Wreck I think we'll get possed tonight anarl.
-
Exactly and he can shut the door on his way out as well.

I personally can't stand Ameobi but suspect Shearer rates him. Wouldn't surprise me to see Owen and Xisco mind as Martins is too much of a loose cannon to be relied on and is a scorer of the occasional great goal rather than a goalscorer. HOWEVER, you may find Martins played wide to give a bit of pace down the flanks.

Cunt. MD went past just as i clicked that.

TOO LITTLE TOO LATE IMO

What happened at Spurs? Sorry, wasnt old enough. we palyed spurs in the 5th round of the cup (i think it was) and how a sim ilar thing didn't happen is beyond me. can't remember if it was all ticket (i had a ticket for the seats). It wasn't all ticket as i paid £4 cash to get in and was pulled out by a copper during the first half after being crushed against a barrier. Saw little of the game at all and spent the second half at the very back hanging onto the fence on the front of the seats above.

Why couldn't he have waited till the Summer? My thoughts exactly. A rat deserting a sinking ship and going to a club purely for money. I could understand if he'd gone to Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea or even VIlla, but Man City made very heavy weather of beating us the other night and are no great shakes themseles. Bottling cunt hasn't got the bollocks to see this season through with us and i for one do NOT wish him well. -

He was injured for ages before he went off but the ball just wouldn't go out for a throw. All this bollocks that JFK is spouting about it being an offensive substitution are just that, bollocks. Enrique signalled to the bench that he had felt his hamstring and then kept signalling that he was crocked and wanted to come off for about 10 minutes before he was finally subbed. I reckon he'll be doubtful for this weekend personally. he couldve brought on taylor or edgar instead. taking off a left-back and bringing on a left-winger is an attacking sub, whether or not it is precipitated by an injury. You're missing the point. JFK made it sound as if the substitution was purely tactical whereas it was forced by the injury to Enrique. -
