  1. Seen Jose Enrique xmas shopping in Eldon Square twice last week on my dinner hour.
  2. I saw a very skinny looking Mark Viduka showing his little lad Fenwicks window on wednesday afternoon.
  3. Me neither, but I don't really think that's an option. If he's fit, he'll play. This isn't going to happen either, but a reserve game would probably do him good. Ideally, yes he should be eased back in. But let's not forget he's our top scorer. let's not forget he isn't, in the league anyway Swift edit! If Owen's fit, he has to play. Who partners him is up to JFK.
  4. Ameobi looked crocked when he came off and Martins had his one good game in 10 so either of them really.
  5. To be perfectly honest i can't be bothered with booing anyone, except maybe a shit referee, and prefer to just watch the game and get behind my own team.

    Leazes Corner

The only reason it was loud and proud against City was due to events on the pitch. Thats what makes atmospheres.
  7. The Les Ferdinand malarkey boils my piss as well. When he came on and scored against us for Leicester there were gimps in the crowd cheering and he was scoring for the opposition. He couldn't hit a barn door for us when it really mattered in 1996. Good point that actually. What was it, 4 goals from January onwards that season? He scored 21 between August and December and then 5 from January to May. Basically he Choked when the heat was turned up.

  9. I quite liked James Milner as a player for us. Agree that £12M for him was hard to turn down. BUT, was dissapointed to say the least that he had not only handed in a transfer request himself but also cited (and it still gets mentioned by MON this weekend) the lack of a new contract not being forthcoming when the greedy yorkshire twat had only just signed a new 4 or 5 year deal not 12 months before so wasn't even due a new contract. He can fuck right off for me like.

    Martins

He was pretty darn poor last night mind. Ameobi won practically everything in the air and Martins just stood watching and never once took a chance on Ameobi winning a flick on.
  11. He bottled out of a couple of 50/50 tackles but didn't get a lot of service.
  12. Shepherd Offshore number plates are SOS1 and SOS2 etc
  13. We only see the North East Editions of the national newspapers. I'd imagine the London editions are a bit different in that respect.
  14. Derby Away on Easter Monday 1992 is probably as horrible as it has ever got for me, we looked dead and buried after that and in division 3. Oxford away the same season was just utter shit but we still had a long way to go then.
  15. Viduka is finished and Martins runs with his head down into blind alleys. martins might as well have his own ball as he's never gonna pass to anyone else.
  16. Loads of students there mind. Group of approx 15/20 students sitting around us with various accents, 2 of whom were spurs, couple had newcastle tops on but weren't local and the rest were neutral and just there to see a game with it being freshers week. Another groupd of half a dozen young lasses with Durham uni hoodies on further down as well.
  17. The first goal came from an absolutely dreadful pass from Nicky Butt (who was shite all game imo)which put us on the backfoot, Taylor got pulled out of position leaving and the only reason the cross came from Lennon was because he had switched sides to get away from Bassongs pocket.
  18. he he. Its all gone very quiet mind, i would have thought something would have been announced by now if he was coming.
  19. Bassong was even worse last night. Bollocks, Bassong had Aaron lennon in his back pocket last night and was one of the few real plusses about last nights game.
  20. PRESS RELEASE Newcastle United supporters have at last come together to fight for the future of their football club. By uniting together we feel we can bring about the future success on the field that we are desperate to enjoy. We respect all fans but believe that suggestions of the fans raising £400m are totally unrealistic and unfeasible. We feel that such a plan will never be realised and only acts as an unnecessary diversion to what we need to do with our club in such a perilous position. Fans have to come together and work to help sort out the current mess, then hopefully we’ll be able to look to a future where everyone whether inside or outside the club, will pull together with the one common aim of a successful Newcastle United. 1. NUSC is an organisation set up by Newcastle fans to give fellow supporters a collective voice in relation to all things Newcastle United. 2. NUSC is first, second, third….for the fans and name of Newcastle United, we don’t hate cockneys or any other nationality! We only hate what has been done to our club and want a solution to the current mess as soon as possible. 3. NUSC was set up following a packed public meeting of supporters on Tuesday 16th September 2008 which was brought about by an avalanche of requests for a fans organisation to be established. 4. NUSC recognises that the current situation at NUFC cannot be of long-term benefit to NUFC and therefore calls for that situation to be resolved by the present owner disposing of his interest in the club to somebody/organisation who has the long-term interests of the club at heart. 5. Alternatively/In the meantime – NUSC calls upon the present owner to take immediate action to remedy the situation NUFC finds itself in. 6. Until such time as 4/5 takes place, NUSC calls upon all Newcastle supporters to withdraw their financial support for Mike Ashley by boycotting all Ashley retail outlets, both inside and outside the stadium. 7. By his actions Mike Ashley has given up his rights to sit amongst the supporters at away matches and will not be made welcome. 8. NUSC believes that an organised supporters group is long overdue at NUFC. It has the most passionate and loyal supporters in the country but they are without an organised voice. We have been taken for granted too long and things must now change. NUSC calls upon Newcastle United supporters to rally together under one umbrella group, NEWCASTLE UNITED SUPPORTERS CLUB. 9. We welcome all forms of peaceful protest against what is happening to our club and encourage all supporters to continue in the same spirit that was shown at the Hull City match. 10. NUSC representatives will distribute free newsletters to all supporters before the Blackburn match, containing info on how to join NUSC and more details on the aims of NUSC. 11. Visit www.newcastleunitedsupportersclub.com for further details of YOUR supporters club. 21. I signed up last August so it can't be that Aye, so do i come to think of it as i got into the Barnsley game on my free cup tie ticket.
  22. If you look at your online account it shows on there that you have already bought the next 2 years tickets. I know i am owed the money but the only reason i am owed the money is because they have subsequently reduced the prices. They could if they wished to have not refunded anyone ie like in a Sale, if you bought at full price and something goes in a Sale its tough shit. I think i'll hang on yet re going to the small claims court.
  23. You've already had your refund though have you not?
