He was the only one working and moving though. When he had the ball no one would move so he could make a pass, he had no options available to him which meant that he had to take players on himself. The problem with this though is that people mistakenly think he's a poor player, selfish, or having a poor performance when he ultimately does lose the ball, as you have done. He's the only outlet we have. Ben Arfa had a similar problem here when Pardew thought along the same lines which ultimately lead to him leaving us, something which this very board and majority of fans massively disagree and are still angered with. Everyone else was shit scared of touching the ball.
