I'm not saying he wasn't good, I'm not saying he wasn't great but he's not Messi. I'd argue that Maradona was better than Pele too. Romario was great no doubt, but he was not on the same level as Ronaldo which says it all. Romario was better than all of those you mentioned earlier and he wasn't even in the same league as Ronaldo.
