Barnsley last season.
-
More deluded and embarrassing than any fan of ours ive heard on that station.

A ridiculous over-reaction basically forced upon them by Celtic fans taking the moral high ground. Know the lad, silly comment but hung out to dry because of a witch hunt by Celtic fans desperate to ignore their own problems with sectarianism. And this lad couldn't give two shites about religion, he just has a general dislike for Neil Lennon like most of us. A suspension and an apology would have done in my opinion.

i've been waiting longer and it means little bar a nice day out. cup wins don't mean you're a good team. I'd rather win something than be seen as a 'good team' tbh. You have the attitude of a loser. wrong, i'd rather win the league. the best teams win the league, winning cups is nicew but means nowt as poor teams can win them. if it wasn't for non-league teams getting their chance against the bigger teams i'd get rid of cup competitions. Ridiculous comments. Think you're on the wind up.

Same for me. Not just because I hate Liverpool, but because I don't really want us to help strengthen a team who will be challenging for 5th-8th places, where we want to be over the next two or three years. I'd rather see Jose go abroad.
-
Two top class strikers and a younger back up.
-
Exactly. Funny how people are counting the wages for potential signing or new contracts, but not the freeing up of wages from the sales. But Llambais is probably hoping we think that way anyway.
-
Liverpool. Even before the Carroll thing. Everything about them pisses me off! The English Celtic with fans full of their own self importance. The 'King Kenny' thing makes me fuckin sick.
-
I'm resigned to losing him, but it shouldn't be to Liverpool. He's better than that, and we shouldn't be selling to direct rivals. If we have any ambition to play in Europe, we shouldn't be helping our opponents to become stronger. Sell him abroad, even if it is for a million or two less.
-
We need 3 strikers, 2 of them of good quality. Strenthening of the squad is also needed throughout. A new decent manager would be nice. We then either aim for Europe\upper mid-table, or we have no ambition and just look to survive. If it's the latter, I expect all of our good players to want out.
-
I wasn't. I always knew he was quality and wasnt getting the run in the team, whether it be through injuries or his own fault. His quality has always been there.

Its been resurrected every few days all season long, not just when we go ahead of you. Yes times have changed, you are not so confident about your team any more and with good reason, whereas we've remained realistic all season. You are saying you are good on paper, but in all honesty you are an average premiership team at best despite spending huge amounts of money, and you rode your luck first part of the season. Your goalkeepers are average, prone to mistakes, central defence is average while only Bardsley can be counted as a decent fullback, in the centre you are confused, no one plays in the same position apart from Cattermole who is a dirty c*** and his stand out quality is injuring people while Henderson still has yet to have a decent game all season. You've added a couple of Africans which haven't settled while one of them although being utter dogshit has been hailed on wearside as the next best thing since a benefit increase, due to his teammates winning him a Champions League medal. Upfront you've got Gyan who looks more interested in playing for Ghana (in fact he's more interested in rapping than Sunderland) isn't and out and out goalscorer while he will be looking for a move away if you finish in a s**** position. Add to that several key players who are not yours and are playing for their parent club to notice them. The man in control of all this has a proven record on how not to finish a season, isn't really one of you which he's reminded every loss or poor performance and has spent a shitload with very little return. Whatever money is available in the summer, would you really want him to spend it? If he wasn't so preoccupied on getting us back, finding a song to play, maybe he'd have time to work out where the goals can come from, but even in his latest defeat all he has on his mind is us, and how you bounced back from the humiliated 5-1. Are you that insignificant everything, every last detail of your season revolves are us? Bruce will hail this season as a success if he finishes ahead of us, problem is, too many of you will buy in to it and happy to do it all over again next season minus a couple of key players who've had enough. I think you'll all finally look back on Quinn's decision to sign on Bruce for the foreseeable as a decision so bad it ranks alongside giving Capello a new contract before the world cup, but then again its not like Sunderland to shoot their load early, or believe the season is finished in January. And when it comes to sack him? £10m. Remains of the Bent money, and if you think he's a putty faced b****** Mag now, just wait till you try and offload him, he'll want the lot and take you to the cleaners. He'll be buying pints for us lot all over Newcastle when that day comes. 'Have a pint on sunderland, sorry it took so long'. I do think however there is no chance of you going down. 7 games left, 4 at home, winnable games all over, but no goals in 7 hours, one win in 10 and all those teams knowing they are in a fight to survive, do your players have the stomach? Does Bruce and more importantly, do the fans at the SOL? I highly doubt you will be since 90% of you believed next season you'd finally get a chance to even up your European goal tally against Shola Ameobi, but being the 3rd lowest goalscorers in the league, it would take some time. Brilliant!

Pretty much safe now. It would be ridiculous for all those clubs below us to do whats needed to overtake us.
-
And we get called deluded! Had a Liverpool fan telling me they could quite easily finish above Spurs now and they will double their points lead over us on Friday night. All this because Roy has gone and their world beaters like Lucas and Agger can now show what they're made of. All of a sudden the Carroll (who N'gog was better than a few months ago) and Suarez are going to fire them 'back where they belong' next season. Cracks me up!
-
Are you Steve Harper by any chance?
-
How long has it been coming? We are 30 games into a 38 game season. He isn't the first and won't be the last keeper to make such a stupid mistake. That kind of mistake has been coming as he isnt urgent enough when he's in trouble. He thinks the thing to do is to be calm, stroll up to the ball and casually knock it away or shield it out. He should be thumping it out of trouble rather than pissing about when in a position like that.
-
I just think both are going to be better than Harper has ever been. Fair enough send one of them out on loan, but I can't see Forster being happy going out on loan season after season. For me, having Forster and Krul as our two keepers next season would make me happy enough. As for Harper, the ridiculous error at Stoke has been coming. He's fucked up on numerous occasions this season.
-
Would rather we got rid of Harper than Krul or Forster tbh. Harper just isnt very good im afraid.
-
I wouldn't say he's been out-manoeuvered atall. He's just made some ridiculous decisions. If you appoint your pals into the main positions at a football club, then its likely you will fuck up. Derek Llambais doesnt know anything about football and isnt qualified for the job beyond being Ashleys pal. Its nothing to do with out-manoeuvering. Appointing people like Kinnear and Pardew as managers show this too. He isn't appointing people who are best for the job. He either knows this, and does it anyway, or doesn't know it, meaning he is thick as mince.
-
Im sick of hearing about him 'saving the club after releagation'. We wouldnt have been relegated had he not made some ridiculous decisions!
-
Hate there fans, supporters team, club, stadium and city. Never have I wanted to get out of a place more than saturday. I hadnt been to Stoke before Saturday, and seriously what a fuckin joke of a place. City centre about 2 miles from the station, ground about 3 miles in the other direction. Buses taking people back to the station too late for their train etc. It was like someone had went and planned a day deliberatly trying to piss me off.
-
Where's the best place to drink for us? In town centre the now but it's pretty deed.

How the f*** does Berwick not count? Is Ramage not from Ashington? Hooper was born somewhere like Nottingham wasn't he? Alot of Berwick people were born in Ashington. Me for example too.
