Nothings wrong with them until they go overboard and start using them every fucking minute of the game, then it becomes extremely annoying. Also the fact that they have towels on the sidelines they use to dry the ball which they then don't allow the other team to use is a bit silly IMO, borderline cheating.

Selling is not the problem, but can the buying club register the player for this season - or are you buying said player at the knock-down bargain price only to "loan" them to Pompey for the rest of the season, and then they join the buying club in the summer? Or are the FA granting exemptions to allow clubs to register ex-Pompey players outside of the window. What I'm talking about about is a full transfer with the buying club being able to field the player competitively straight away. Once a club goes into administration they can invoke a crysis clause to allow them to sell their players outside the transfer window with the transfer going through immediately. The Premier League/FA wouldn't allow them to do it last time they made the request because tney weren't in admin and therefore not officially in a crisis as far as the Premier League/FA were concerned.

While I'm not one of the few who believed we were making a profit, I also think this info is being used to make things look worse then they are. What they don't mention is that nearly all clubs lose money each month throughout the season (usually being supported by a bank overdraft) as they have to wait for a large chunk of their income to come in at the end of the season (in our case £12m in parachute payments and a few million in TV money). I still believe we'll make a reasonably large loss in our current state in this league of course.

EDIT: Can't go bust now due to some law with regards to going into administration. The administrator will be put in charge of getting as much money to those of whom the club is in debt. Basically, administration - relegation - summer firesale - probably not coming straight back up, perhaps even going down again. Definitely not, they'd have little chance of coming back up even without a large scale fire sale.
