Again, the replays had shown the ball had crossed the line long before Gray stopped looking. Also you keep ignoring what he said after it was proven the ball had gone in, which was the most damning part. Its amazing anyone could deny the bitterness and bias Gray showed in that moment, then again no opinion on the net ever really surprises me these days, no matter how bizarre. What did you expect him to say about the other goals?.. He's hardly going to try to claim they didn't cross the line or call them shit goals is he.. mackems.gif

I remember when we beat Manure 5:0 and he simply refused to accept that Peacocks header had crossed the line, going through replay after replay to try to find a way to show that it hadn't. Then when he finally had to accept it had crossed the line he changed tack and said that even though it had the ref couldn't possibly have been sure so he shouldn't have allowed it.. See this for example. Bullshit. It was no clear at all it had gone over from actual play, very natural reaction. Thought maybe the decision was wrong simply. When the replay finally came it at gone over they both just realised it was the right decision. I guess the fact he creamed himself over Ginola's goal, Ferdinand's and was always a Shearer soopafan counts for nothing too. First of all I didn't say anything about open play. Gray was looking at replays for most of the first half and couldn't accept it had gone over the line until he'd looked at every possible angle. The bloke was looking for the replay he could use to backup his opinion. When he didn't find it he didn't simply accept that it had gone over the line. He tried to change tack by saying that the ref shouldn't have given it because he couldn't possibly have known that it crossed the line. To be honest its really idiotic of you to try to argue about something you obviously can't remember. Try going back and watching the broadcast before talking bollocks yes?

  6. Scholari said that Shevchenko was in his plans as well. Scholari not in control of ins and outs then?

    Spurs in crisis !

But Ramos is a tactical genius and a world renowned manager! mackems.gif
  8. Obviously they'll pick up a bit, otherwise they'd get relegated

    Spurs in crisis !

So a bumps guarenteed for next week as well then
  10. No doubt its down, but to know how much you have to look at these things. Compare same time of year and minus away allocation and then you can see how much we're down by (ignoring the attractiveness of the different opposition of course).
  11. 51,000+ the last two seasons. Against Bolton? First home game. What was Villa's allocation compared to Boltons today though?
  12. More like 5%, but whatever. Incidentally I'd have loved to go to the game today had I thought I'd be able to get a ticket.
  13. Don't most away teams bring a couple of thousand?
  14. Doesn't that article actually say they want to sign him, and think they will sign him, but only if Arshavin leaves? They haven't actually signed him yet have they?
  15. I'll tell you........ 1) No DM 2) No cb 3) Ramos persists on starting Lennon 4) Ramos persists on starting Ekotto 5) Still havent got a replacement for keane (zenit have signed a guy for 30 million euros today to replace Arshavin) 6) Ramos persists on playing Bentley lm 7) Gio is dropped despite looking good against Boro 8) Sell Berbacunt asap Arshavin is nothing like Keane though, he's a attacking midfielder replacing a striker. If you get him that is, and to be honest I still don't think you will. Sorry I know people laughing at your club is annoying but the Spurs hype we've had to put up with on this forum has been ridiculous.
  16. Coloccini gets a 6 and Taylor a 7? f***ing hell I wonder how you'd mark it if Coloccini was the one who gave away a pen.. ditto.. need a better rating from someone esle. Maybe Taylor earned a 6 instead. But Colo wasn't that impressive today against Davies. Live with it. Maybe he earned a 6 now you consider that he gave away a idiotic penalty eh? mackems.gif
  17. Some fans are fucking dilusional and also believe everything they read in the papers.
  18. Where are all the Spuds lovers now? Apparently every player they bought was going to be amazing yes? What happened..
  19. Coloccini gets a 6 and Taylor a 7? Fucking hell I wonder how you'd mark it if Coloccini was the one who gave away a pen..
  20. A half fit Owen who hasn't had any pre-season training? We're f'ed. By the way, it just dawned on me that if we don't win this game, we could go into the game against Hull with 2 out of a possible 9 points, and Hull would fancy an upset the way they're playing right now. How things can change in 45 minutes :/ How would we go into the game with 2 points out of 9 when we've only played 2 games so far?..
  21. Oh the sheer arrogance of Newcastle daring to want good players eh?.. I suppose we should forget that idea and just become a feeder club for the likes of Chelsea and Manure?.. The fact is he's trying to say that any good player we get will automatically have to move on to the likes of Manure if he does well, its total fucking arrogance! How you think those kind of comments paints us in a good light is beyond me
