Lets hope we keep Barton and Jose + get another striker in. Then Im very happy with the squad for the coming season. My choice would be to go for Bendtner as our main striker. Think he would be perfect for this lineup with Ben Arfa just behind him.

Im worried Ben Arfa wont be the player he used to be. Everyone seems so confident in him already. I hope you are right.

Seems like a good reason to ship Nolan out tbh. Nolan is a walking paradox on the field. Great leadership and goalscoring. But he is not much of a passer of the ball and not technically comfortable to be in such an important central position as he interupts our game.

Nasri is far more versatile though. I must admit I don't watch a great deal of French football, but Nasri is an outstanding player and to think Gervinho, a striker-cum-winger, is an upgrade on a guy who played an absolutely essential role in keeping you in the top 4 during the first half of last season is a little optimistic to say the least. As mentioned, Nasri also isn't going to be off to the ACN. You'll be far better placed to deal with Fabregas leaving if Nasri stays. We need to take that risk I think. We need to keep some continuity and leadership at the club. Joey was great last season and maybe he can take even further steps in the absence of Nolan. Loads of potential there. We should offer him a contract extension.

As the squad is developing this summer Simpson is starting to look like our weakest link by far. I'd like to see us make a move for an other right back to get som competition for the position.

I have to say I really miss Carroll, looking at theese line ups. He would be the perfect striker for this team. Bendtner could be a good replacement for him though. In the mean time. Ba on a free will do.

Well the new Barton we have seen this year is a hell of a player too. Shows great leadership too. Something Zog never ever will do. I really want to keep Barton tbh. And get Zoggy in aswell..

Bendtner as first striker in a 4-2-3-1 with pacey creative attacking midfielders from France backing him up would be lethal. I think he would be the perfect player in our new system, could really see him be a big success for us.

He gets a lot of critisism, and deservedly so. He thinks ahell of a lot of him self and hasnt lived up to the talk on the pitch for Arsenal. Something makes me think though, that Bendtner would be perfect for us. I think he would be the perfect man infront of our new pacey, creatice midfield.
