That’s all just guesswork. The signings they make improve them on paper because they all we’ve got to go on. The fact Arsenal have actually signed a striker instantly improves them. Been crying out for one for years. Zubimendi also improves that midfield. Chelsea are mental but they’ve made some great signings and bombed out their flops Man City have made really good signings in Cherki, Trafford, Reijnders even Ait Nouri improves their squad and as annoying as it is Liverpool have been most impressive Frimpong, Kerkez, Wirtz and Ekitike is a sensational window and god forbid they could add Isak. Its just not true to say each haven’t significantly strengthened or improved while we at the moment have went backwards
