Mentioned Harry Redknapp's comments about Spurs being title challengers, then said Sunderland were probably a little more deserving having beaten Chelsea so convincingly last weekend and having the chance to leapfrog Spurs tonight. Really don't think Guthrie on the right has been atrocious - we created chances against Fulham (but Loven was on the end of them) and Bolton was a non-starter with Smith/Nolan in the middle. Not saying he has been fantastic (and can't wait for Barton to come back in), but I personally trust Hughton to assess where Routledge is at (compared to Guthrie) and make the right choice given that he is the one that sees them play day in, day out.
