says "knock" on physioroom
Who's there?
-
Anita Sissoko
HBA Grenier Cabella
LDJ
-
I hope PSG aren't watching this
They're not but Pards will alert them as to his availability
-
Still haggling over bonuses according to that.
Explains why we are still to bid for a replacement. Joe should be able to drag these out until late tomorrow at which point our self imposed transfer deadline kicks in.
-
Red Bull Ring Brom?
-
His combination play with Enrique will be remembered.
-
If we're gung ho with Taylor and Williamson playing centre half we'll get absolutely trounced.
Of course, they'll be f***ing knackered after last night so by Pards logic we can't lose.
Think it will be a case of sitting deep and trying to catch them in the last 20 when their legs begin to go this time

On the verge of becoming part of the vernacular I think

There's no way Whelan's first yellow was justified. Just saying like.
Matter of opinion though. Which I guess the definition and use of "lucky" is as well, tbf.
I sit near the half way line and had a good side on view. To my mind Whelan kicked the ball away and deserved his yellow. I thought Cabaye was lucky not to also get yellow as he took the opportunity to have a nibble at Whelen which caused the spat. The only lucky thing I can say is that players kick the ball away frequently without getting the yellow the rules prescribe.

Next step for the team is to pick up at least a point when we concede first - yet to happen yet this season.
-
HBA on for Tiote with Sissoko central and we have our best team and formation at present

It's a question of who needs who more. The newspapers need football for circulation but clubs need the press to ensure coverage of the game. I personally think it's a bad/short term move by nufc as the printed press is under enough threat already from the net based media, the exclusives on offer are poor copy and in this recession seats at games need to be sold. Clubs make so much from TV, taking money from the press seems petty. So it comes back to an attack on the coverage of the nufc protests. I hope this will give us a free press willing to report on all events with an open mind.

Think he'll go with Cisse over Shola
-
they dont score loads.... if we keep it tight we will have a chance...
until they get that late penalty
-
Think Shola will start up top. That's the reason he was subbed so early on Wednesday.
-
They're going down.
Agree with you but it doesn't look like we'll be that far ahead without a new coaching set-up.

He means 'I told you Joe we needed a 6'4" defender'. Pards 1 JFK 0.
I told you to get a big target striker like Lukaku. Pards 2 JFK 0.

Yes, he and Supermac got over 50 between them that season.
Gowling was s**** man, he had one season of living off Macdonald then reverted to type once Macdonald left for Arsenal.
Had a good season immediately after Supermac left in the good Gordon Lee season.
-
He's not a winger in a 442 system. Pardew missed an opportunity on Saturday against hull not to bring him on for Cabaye in the front of the midfield three.
-
Just got a further two paper tickets as per the article on .com. All ends well.
-
Got two paper tickets and two uploads on season ticket cards despite not sitting in our regular seats. Nothing to say the seat numbers we have for the uploaded seats except the email I got when I booked. Hope it all works on the night.
-
To clarify the system (which is bought in) is not the greatest (aside when it works, which is rarely) and the staff are often limited by the whim of 'the system'
If you aren't in your own seat you should have a paper ticket. The main reason is practicality. If you get an unfamiliar seat are you likely to remember block 4 row A seat 45 when you booked 2 weeks ago?
That would make sense but my email confirmation suggests I'll be playing the memory game. I hope the season ticket card can hold another seat reference in it or else it might not let through the right gate.
-
Just bought four tickets. We have two season tickets in different seats but it looks like they're posting two paper tickets and uploading two tickets to the season cards. Seat confusion imminent.

Just been told Cabaye is in the crowd at the Monaco v Marseilles game. Might just be taking in the game but I doubt it.
What would he doing there then ?
Few days off with the international break and no game for him. Chance to get away from Jim White and re-focus on his love for NUFC.

I'd like Capoue but really as a replacement for Tiote - Capoue, Sissoko plus No10 would be good as a CM trio
