Tinhat, I think the one implementation of Woltemade would be with Wissa in the guise of Quinn/Philips at Sunderland. Skillset very different from Quinn granted, but the idea of a tall playmaker who can lay it off and a finisher. 4-4-effing-2 mayhaps?

Good stuff - really good point towards the end that tussling with Burn every day in training to win headers and use his strength against is going to do him the world of good when imposing himself on other PL centre backs.

Wow, a lot of money but a very necessary purchase, we were very much in a corner. The dominos are falling into place with the linked transfers. On balance I think we've had a very good window once this clears.
