The title change is OK. May I suggest, "He's someone else's problem now" as a future candidate? -

More joy here than the Sunderland thread. (it's nice to have a variety of options for schadenfreude) -
You're probably right. He'd do well in Italy. Still, the club can make an offer. The next will be his third World Cup. Maybe he'll be looking to retire from International football.

Brentford vs. Newcastle United: 26/02/2022 @ 3pm (No UK TV)

Has Willock played out there? I know Joelinton has... against Brentford as well. (Not saying I prefer to play Joelinton out wide. Just calling out alternatives) -
Reminds me of Scott Parker some respects. Never really appreciated, much less loved. (And I include myself among the indifferent). He's been quite good. Still I don't think he'll get a new contract. I can see giving Schaar a contract. He's a good squad player, would be very useful in a back three, is suited to Howe's style of play, etc., etc. Replacing him with an equivalent could be a bit pricy with the Newcastle tax and all.

BTW, love the Gil Scott Heron avatar. Was listening to " Bridges" over the weekend. Great stuff. -

They said during the match, but I already forgot. But I remember being surprised that it wasn't Shelvey. Might have been Schaar? Edit: No, it was Shelvey. -
Burnley has a lot going for them relative to the other candidates. 1. Easiest run in. (Everton has toughest by the way.) 2. Four games in hand on Brentford, two on most everyone else 3. By far best goal differential of the bottom seven 4. Generally better off in the form tables than everyone but us. 5. They've been here before; a relegation fight isn't new to them

Would lose enormous respect for Ritchie if he followed Bruce to WBA. I feel absolutely nothing about the others. -

Everything I've read leads with "90 MILLION SPENT" I suspect that Howe will get little credit from the old guard media (or the openly hostile and willingly ignorant fans of other clubs). After all, Newcastle could have just given the funds to Bruce... amiright? -
Bs. Take this crap to some other forum. I am so sick of fucking plague rats complaining about "fascism". You want to talk about football, talk sbout football. You want to air greivances, fuck off.

Remember the Crystal Palace fans having a go at us because we didn't appreciate Pardew? They found out. -
Brentford have had a dreadful run and are bottom of the form tables (last 6, 8, 10), but they have had the most difficult schedule in the league over that period. https://www.soccerstats.com/formtable.asp?league=england

I was trying to sarcastic. Yes, we are playing well and bossing the midfield. We're making the competition look bad and their fans don't really want to admit it. That said, Man United, Leeds, Everton, Villa, and West Ham aren't very good. -

That's four premier league teams in a row that have played their worst game of the season against us. Injuries aside, we've been incredibly lucky -
Thank you for that. Pretty refreshing to hear someone lay into the old boys network
