I think that's the jist of it really, it's very difficult to predict at this point. There's an argument for all three as to who has the kinder fixtures. Aye, those two have their 36th game in-hand over us, but they still need to win it, as we did. But by the same token, in Everton and Watford they're facing two teams who have nothing to fight for. We still face one team who will be fighting, albeit less so following the title being decided. True that Everton and Watford have nowt to fight for, but both won their games at the weekend. Watford will definitely want to win their last home game of the season, after a pretty good season for them. Everton have players who can punish the mackems mistakes too.

Its obvious, and always the case, but we really need the mackems to lose on Sat, and us to win. Means that its then in our own hands (beat spurs and we are ok). Same can be said of Norwich, but a draw would be OK for them, as long as we win.
-
Does this somehow put more pressure on us at Villa? Previously it was just a matter of concentrating on beating Villa, then see what happens with spuds. Now, it feels like "fuck, we can do this" and believe we can beat spuds also, possibly looking too far ahead. Hopefully Rafa sorts that out.

If the PL has any balls, there will be at least a couple of bans handed out after that. Have a feeling they wont tho.
-
helps sky flog their 'greatest league in the world' shite though
-
hahahahaha fuck you spurs
-
us to win at Villa, mackems and Norwich both get draws.
-
fuck, we desperately need Leicester to beat Everton...
-
Aye of course, spuds n Bournemouth two luck wins. Believe.

Been the best signing in years. Works his arse of every match, and delivers the goods.

Great for anybody looking to watch a shite game of football to waste their Saturday night with.
-
Is it likely Mitro will be banned for rest of season? I watched it on Setanta, and although they never actually showed the replay, they reckoned his kick out at Delaney was worth a red.
-
My hope is, that we MUST somehow be due an away win, I mean fucking hell surely even we cant go all season without picking up 3pts on the road? If we don't, we deserve to be relegated at full time, regardless of other results.

They were absolutely terrible according to their fans and commentators, a miraculous undeserved draw. Could be absolutely huge for them. Most of the scum fans seem down like, but they just have the way of getting a result when nobody thinks they can. 2 big pressure games for them coming up. We have to win at Villa and hope they fuck it up.

Once again, just shows what a shambles of a club we are. IF they'd done what everyone else in the world of football thought and got rid of McClownan when they sunned it up in La Managa, im fairly sure we wouldn't have lost against both stoke and Bournemouth, as well as having a better chance against the mackems. If we go down, its because of that hesitancy.

2 thoughts from today: 1) that mackem point could be huge. They were utter shite according to their fans, but got a draw. Their GD is so much better, that theoretically a draw in their game in hand would put them above us. 2) We are now out of the bottom 3, a win at Villa and a mackem loss at home to Chelsea (fingers crossed) would really put the pressure on them for their match against everton. Fuck that up, and it could be over before the Spurs game. Still think its going to the last day, and we'll need a win.

NUFC came out and said they didn't want to qualify for Europe, or have a cup run. What was the manager (Pardew or any other) supposed to do with that?
-
Ashley was the reason for all that, didn't matter which puppet was in the dug out.
-
Who knows, maybes he'll still owe Fat Mike one.
-
Yep, praying for a mackem defeat and toon victory on Sat...
-
More likely to win the title on Monday night? Can just imagine them losing at OT, Spurs winning at Chelsea and this forum collectively sighing.
-
Would rather be in the mackems place than ours tbf. 1pt ahead, out of the bottom 3, in their own hands now.
-
Of course, but last day of the season with several of their players off to the Euros, its a better scenario than them all desperately fighting for 3pts to win the title, IMO. Interesting to see if the FA have any bottle to do anything to Alli.
