Nothing against them as a club, but CL dropouts given a spot on the last rounds of this competition is a bit of a farce. I'd rather see a club that's been there from the start win it, imho.
totally agree. Devalues the whole tournament.
Hamburg v Anderlecht
Rubin Kazan/Hapoel Tel Aviv v Villarreal/Wolfsburg
Atletico Madrid v EVERTON/Sp Lisbon
Benfica v Marseille
Roma v Standard Liege/Salzburg
Lille/Fenerbahce v LIVERPOOL
Ajax/Juventus v Fulham
Club Bruges/Valencia v FC Twente/Werder Bremen
How it lines up in the next round so far. Liverpool to win it?
Milito got booked for a piss poor dive in the 1st half. Lucio went down easily a few times. General shirt swapping on corners/FKs. But not too bad on the whole.
Didn't know he was at Toulouse, hows he doing? Always thought he was pretty shit at Sheff Utd but seems to have forged a decent career for himself since he left.
Maybe we should spunk big bucks on Arda Turan (not that he'd move)
Nice one VI.
Caicedo was very much hit or miss in the Premiership although he was often up top alone. Definitely got the build for the Premiership though and could be worth a punt. Never going to get a game for City if he returns.
