Tim Vickery seems to rate him, although I've just realised you probably won't know who he is. Is Mina now or at the end of the season? I'd read a while ago that Messi didn't want him to he signed until the summer because of Mascherano.
-
Unreal.
-
Probably because the chance to sign for them might never come up again perhaps? He might be thinking that they could just as easily go for somebody else in a World Cup Summer. If you've his ability you'd be mental to stay at Liverpool when he'll clearly be starting the majority of available games, plus you know he gets to play with Messi etc.

some people have a serious dislike for Coutinho. This season he’s veen extremely consistent and has only been forgotten about because of Salah. Having a ridiculous good season. Money is probably fair in todays market. Brazilian klaxon alert.
-
He wouldn't be a direct replacement though as Coutinho had been playing in the midfield 3.
-
Was it not during some Atlanta '96 event? I definitely remember Lineker announcing it as well.
-
He's better than Bakayoko and Fabregas is knocking on. Barkley is a lot better than he gets credit for. I'm sure the media narrative about him will change overnight once he pulls on a Chelsea shirt. It's always been his decision making that lets him down whenever I see him.

He was already sold to Birmingham before Benitez arrived.
-
Didn't Rafa bin Heskey?
-
There's absolutely no context behind that whatsoever.
-
Unbelievable those saves.
-
Superb from Murphy.
-
Their squad needed much more of an overhaul though. Before Guardiola coming in some of their squad building was absolutely crap.

Spot on Greg.
-
Looks like we're down to slim pickings now.
-
If we're after him surely it should be a loan with an option to buy as there's no guarantee he'd be the same player after the two cruciates.
-
I'm aware of that, but he still didn't have as much to him as Weah.
-
Yeah, on tonight's evidence I was wrong. I thought there was no hope for him five or six games ago, but he's really grown in confidence and impact recently. Likewise. The extent of his abysmalness made me think he was never gonna make it. Ain't gonna apologise for dat. He's looking more promising though, carries it pretty well at times. I think more what Dave is trying to say is that yes he did looked shell-shocked to start off with, however there was no context put against it. People just simply said he's terrible, don't want to see him play etc. Without taking into account the circumstances of him coming into a team that doesn't have much of the ball in a higher league and all the rest of it.

Eto'o wasn't better than Weah in his pomp IMO. Eto'o was unbelievable in front of goal but Weah had more to his game. The closest thing you're seeing to peak Weah at the moment is Mbappe.
-
Yes, they were. Well apart from losing the game like. He should've played 442 like.
-
Tremendous hearing his name being belted out at the end. Even better because the media hate the fact that we're united because of Rafa, even with our poor form.
-
Gayle will rightly get grief for that but it's no worse than Dele Alli's against Burnley.
-
I think Sane had a bit of a dip in form but he was outstanding in that Spurs game, he had Trippier on toast. Probably to do with him having a bit more space mind, as Sterling has been the difference maker against teams that sit deep against them. Guardiola seems to want him closer to the goal whereas Sane at times seems to get paint on his boots as he hugs the line like an old school winger.

67 points so far with Sterling and Loftus-Cheek to play, that's purely down to triple-captaining Kane and Firmino's double though. Defenders really let me down (1 point for Jones) and Gomez and Christensen didn't even play. Not sure how long I'm going to persist with Hazard either as for his price he's not really done much in the last couple of weeks.
