For all Mitro's faults I think McC got it totally wrong today: Mitro NEEDS a second striker, and Perez should've started alongside him. At least Perez knows how to find the back of the net and has shown to sneak goals in while the defenders are busy handling Mitro's Ballon D'Or-esque game away from goal.

You guys are clutching at straws, man. He was terrible today and rightfully called out for it. Some chose to do so in a humourous way. You can choose to hold me to my comments as some sort of sign that signals the end of western civilization or you can actually develop a sense of humour, one as terrible as mine.

A lot of people are hell bent on taking tongue in cheek, purposely exaggerated posts like "baldback" and using them to sit on their fictional high horse and pretend the posters actually meant that. If that's what you really think, your sense of humour is about as effective as McClaren's ability to manage.

Perez has scored more goals for this club. If anyone can be excused, he can. The other two are rightfully more susceptible to criticism.

Every other club misses as many chances as we do? Only two other clubs worse than us but their problems won't be solved by just signing a goal scoring striker. Ours very well could be. I would argue we would be mid table right now if we had a decent finisher going by the plethora of chances we've missed this year.

Yep. I love his overall work and play too but his signing is currently sending us down. Someone like Austin would've buried at least half of the chances he's had. Anyone, really, who has proven he can score in this league. Yet we decided to put all our eggs in a kid.
