It wouldn't be if you have not followed a shred of Colo's behaviour at our club. Or witnessed any of his awesome on-field captainship. I actually like Colo, contrary to the opinion on here, but he should not be consulted in this situation. He's not a Shearer or Tony fucking Adams, someone who commands the club's respect and leads by example. One wink from San Lorenzo and he'd be out.

This Charnley fella needs to go. Can we add his name to the campaigns please?
-
If stories are to be believed, was on target to break Pardew's jaw before Shola stepped in. Ruining our target practice as usual.
-
Saddest part about his whole saga is how "senior" players turned on him (allegedly). The same senior players who wanted to jump ship mid-season.
-
True. Carver would declare himself successor to the throne and have a huge fucking coronation at Burger King.
-
Shouldn't it be #jenesuispasCharlie? What do I look like to you? I am terrible at French.
-
Precisely. Even the current staff have expressed discomfort with the angrandizement of the publication, they have come out and said they appreciate the support but this kind of reverence is precisely what they have stood against. Which is why apparently the next issue out tomorrow will not even be one that is a tribute to their slain colleagues but be as much as business-as-usual as possible.
-
It was perfectly okay. The hashtag #jesuisnepasCharlie and subsequent victim blaming was almost immediate across all media and the web, which is far more offensive and in bad taste. People need to chill the fuck out. I don't think the poster meant any offense.

Carver didn't need Pardew to learn from regarding his personality, the prick threw a chair at Bellamy, he's unstable. I agree with your assessment, but citing that incident as an example would be a little unfair. Even Gandhi and the Dalai Lama would've been driven to throwing a chair at Craig Bellamy.

I'm so glad we're done listening to words like 'maverick' and 'magic.'

If he'd taken any of the billion easy chances he missed during the relegation season, we'd have stayed up. So is Lovenkdrands himself going to take the blame for that? Thought not. So take your Ashley-licking face and get the fuck out.

I shudder to think what you had in mind, or what was in your suitcase. Rest easy, I only took hand luggage. Didn't spot him on the bench or in the posh person lounge at the game, although I was only peering in the window. Big enough for insertable toys, I'd presume.

I think we've reached the point where we've gone beyond comparing any potential new managers to Pardew and are now comparing them to Garde You're right. Maybe the media has been right about us deluded Newcastle fans all along
-
Reading into his record, sounds very much like the German Pardew, as someone noted above. Such bullshit. Can we not post such downer posts in here, please? From Garde, Tuchel to this fucking fella off the German scrapheap.

Slow night...

It's a staggeringly sensible set of events, which has me ducking behind my couch waiting for the inevitable "psych!" and parading of Gerry Francis in a too-tight-for-eyes Wonga shirt. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2011/06/24/article-2007657-0CB630CB00000578-62_468x342.jpg

My issue with having this wanker stick around under Garde or a new manager would be the briefing he'd give on the players already on the books: inflating the ability of the likes of Gouffran and Willo, while laughing off the ball-players. Of course, I'm being ridiculously naive in thinking Garde / new-guy won't like to make up his own mind. I just want the stench of the Pardew regime out completely, hose the place down.

This is the most effortless Newcastle-related erection I've had in a while.

Did you miss the article that made us all realize how terrible a statistic the odious "win percentage" is? Check Pardew's and you'll drop it like a piece of turd.
-
Please no Sherwood. But I'll still take him.
