  1. TBF that Pompey game still gives me nightmares.
  2. Yeah I remember that thread Classic N-O. I'm just needling, as evidenced by my first comment. Carry on.

    You wanna try out, Kaka?

Why is it that the royal moniker is usually employed for the most talentless hacks in football? *cough* Pardew
  5. Almost as predictable as someone rolling out the old "power," "athleticism" and other adjectives reserved seemingly only for black players I don't have a problem with it, it's just something one should at the very least remark on, as it's happened on this forum since the dawn of its existence. I mean, HTT's post was great without him or the reader having to even think about the players' race until he randomly mentioned it Again, I love HTT, but nothing wrong with remarking on it
  6. His role as a box to box player, his inexperience and irregular minutes on the pitch dictate this. I’d rather have a player who isn’t on it so to speak 70-80% of the time if whatever time they are on it they score, create or do something that the team lacks and others benefit from for 20-30% of the time. Think Robert or even HBA. RLC under Rafa would excel. By all accounts we had him lined up on loan and could have had him in an outright purchase for less than 20m. Rafa wanted him, Kennedy and Abraham who would have cost us less than Kyle Walker, 3 young gifted and black lads with power. Of the 3, RLC is by far the player we would benefit having the most and the likeliest to come good under Rafa. Alongside Longstaff, again, he’d be great IMO. I’d happily see us splash 50m on him and Abraham. Kennedy would be a worry even at 5m. LRC even at 25m + would be good value for money, goals, power and drive, youth and potential and a rarity right now, a box to box player who has the qualities to adapt to another role or develop into a different type of player. Hayden with goals, dynamism, ball carrying skills and physical stature not measured by a tackle or by running around. He’s wasted at Chelsea! I rate him highly indeed. When you’ve just minimized that interracial gangbang scene in your private browser to post a comment in here and your brain overlaps.
  7. For those of us Keegan bandwagon jumpers (forrin to boot), watching these two in the CL final feels like a kick in the gut. I should've supported Man U like all the pricks I went to school with. But I was drawn to NUFC like women are drawn naturally to an alcoholic abusers. I can never leave.
  8. Two fabulous managers. Two despicable clubs. I just hope the final isn't boring. I'll be watching it. Don't know who to root for.
  9. Former Tottenham manager Glenn Hoddle on BT Sport: "Incredible, we've seen two footballing miracles in two nights and Tottenham only had 45 minutes to score three goals, incredible." Man knows all about miracles from past lives, innit.
  10. My Liverpool supporting mate, without a hint of irony, kept saying all day how "lucky" Man City were winning yesterday, because Leicester "dropped off and just let Kompany score!" Edit: the world is going to be as insufferable as the Trump win if Liverpool win, isn't it? Gosh.
  11. This is why I'm disappointed Diame didn't get a contract extension. He shouldn't be starting matches anymore, but hes decent back up and now with 3 centre midfielders likely to leave we lack quality and quantity in centre midfield. Its the same with strikers with Rondon, Gayle and Joselu likely to leave and we will have to buy at least 2 strikers in the summer. Bringing in so many players in one summer is not a good idea, but we might be forced to just to build up the squad. This is what happens when you undermine your manager in the transfer market and rely too much on loans. Looking forward to going back to our proven midfield pairing of Colback & Anita. Schteve back in the dugout.

Holy shit. This is not a mentally sound person. It’s like a glimpse into the abyss that is the dark parts of the human psyche.
  13. Works really hard and runs into space with the ball, makes challenges from the front, but no end product at all
  14. “It’s been a good season,” Lee Charnley. I mean, what more do you cunts want?

    Kenedy

Chelsea deserve a player with his attitude and he deserves a club with Chelsea’s attitude. Match made in the depths of hell.
  16. Literally the most important player for us 2 years running now up front. I hope the dickheads who’ve given him horseshit every season and then disappeared like clockwork are reading this. Cunts.
  17. LoL what? Atsu was fine and worked his socks off. Kenedy was the game turner today along with mike dean Atsu is one of our shittest players. I’m not his biggest fan but he wasn’t the main problem today, and we don’t have anyone else to fill Miggys slot He was a major problem in that when we were dominating he was never going to make Brighton pay. That means Brighton were always in with a chance of grabbing a point. What is this hot garbage Not sure if you know who our owner is, but we don’t have anyone else to fill that slot. Didn’t know we had Messi on the bench. If what you’re saying is true in terms of logic, then Kenedy was 100% the right sub.

  20. System up front makes no sense unfortunately. Muto on the right for Atsu? Muto for Perez and we should’ve not needed to change anything. Either way, let’s hope we can either hold on or sneak something. I can see us losing this right now.
