People need to stop with the Pardew stuff. We know first hand how individual performances save him time and time again.
-
This is a signing that keeps you in the league. Fucking fuming at this.

Nicolai Jorgensen to stay at Feyenoord

So we're still expected to spend this €15m right? -
This is very worrying. If he's fit for a good bit of the rest of the season he should keep them up. I'd them as one of the certainties to go down.
-
There's only 2 and a half years between Armstrong and Mitro btw which is worth factoring in to his price.
-
The more I think about it the more I think £15m is too much of a positive for us, so much so that it outweighs us selling to a rival. I mean is Mitro even that good that it'd hurt us? We got relegated with him ourselves before and he was called Misstrovic on here for a while. I cant help but think we're massively overrating him this season because our other options are fairly poor.

This is very positive. But I wonder are we taking a massive risk here? If we're willing to break the transfer record then couldn't it go somewhere more reliable? I trust Rafa 100% though so either way I'll obviously be delighted. -
Yeah fuck selling a striker to one of our rivals.
-
85% possession to City.
-
Thought Lampard gave us a fair analysis before kick off but seriously why are BT Sport focusing on us playing defensive? What do they honestly expect us to do? They're just raging that we're not letting City score 8 goals against us live on their channel.
-
Watford look terrible now. Such a drop. They hammered us at home. And went to shit pretty much immediately after. Typical.

Anti Ashley chants.

Manchester City v Newcastle United - 20/01/2018 @ 17:30 (BT Sport)

Tempted to skip this for the sake of my mood tonight. -
2nd one does but it might be too long of a time frame for him. But then he has the added bonus of another £50m if we finish in the top 4.
-
I hope he doesn't walk away because the club will slate him in the media for it and frankly some of our fans will believe it. I wouldn't blame him though and it'd be fucking heartbreaking.
-
Exactly, so we'll be spending fuck all. Where's the TV money?
-
It wasn't really £350m if £50m was dependent on us getting CL football, something that was by no means guaranteed. Still though, what was on the table was surely a good starting point for negotiation? We're seeing more and more evidence that this is all a ploy by Ashley to not invest in the team in the transfer market, and no doubt when he can be arsed again we'll hear that no one was interested in the club and it's back off the market. Fuck knows who'll be managing us and what league we'll be in at that point.
-
Typical but not one bit surprising all of this. Everything right down to the lies and lack of professionalism in how the news was broke just stinks of typical Ashley. It's going to be near impossible for him to sell us now that we've seen how fucking awkward it is to do business with him. The worry is Rafa is almost certainly gone at the end of the season and while Ashley has this takeover excuse the club doesn't have to spend one penny in any transfer window. If we go down this season and Rafa walks we're going to be down there for years.
-
£2m per loan deal maybe? Seems utterly pointless if it's for permanent deals.
-
Southampton are definitely a team to keep an eye on. Haven't won in 10 games (won 1 in 14) and pretty much everyone has them in trouble in that predictor.
-
If we got 3 new signings Rafa was happy with I'd be content with the takeover shite dragging on for the rest of the season.
-
Waiting to see if the club has more value with an increase in TV money yet he's happy to spend absolutely nothing in January and risk the club's Premier League status. Stupid cunt.
-
We'd need a guarantee that every penny of his fee would be spent on players or there's no point. Infact we should have his replacement agreed before letting him go.
-
Did the predictor and had us on 41 points. I just found it hard to look at some fixtures and not fancy us to win. Had I did this last week though I'd have us beating Swansea.
