Whys there so much dead land along the quay and so close to the city centre?

If we expanded the GG end to level 7 that should be enough to cover us. Maybe demolish the East Stand and rebuild it someway that gives us another couple of thousand extra seats.

The only options are buying back the land outside of the Gallowgate and building it up to level 7 or building a new stadium. I'd much rather see us try and get the land back to build the Gallowgate up or just leave it the way it is with massive improvements to what is already there. We've 10k more seats at the moment than Juventus, the stadium size won't hold us back and moving definitely shouldnt be considered.

We'll have more money than all of them. There's a lot of contenders but if we're in with them what a change from the s**** we've been dealing with for the last 13 years, more if you go back further. It'll take a while to build what we need to be a regular top 4 side again, we'll have to expand everywhere so we're taking in more money and can therefore spend more. City is where we should be aiming for in 10 years if there's genuine investment. As much as Leicester and that are close to them this season, the reality is they are miles behind. I already expect quite a few pubs where I live to never reopen as they were struggling before this anyway.
