Appointing McClaren proves that Ashley's interview was just bullshit in every way, just like most people thought. IF Vieira came in he'd only do it if there's ambition. Well, they could always lie to him.

Going with Vieira is a gamble (if we want him and can convince him).Personally, my gut feeling about him feels very good for whatever reason. Maybe it's the hope that does it, i don't know. Also for me Vieira isn't just a former player. There is something about him and his aura which very few have. There has to be more than that to succeed as a manager though. I just have a good feeling about him and i'd be very excited if we got him. It might end up in a disaster, it might be a success. But at least we'd be trying something new and exciting. I'm bored of being bored.
