Generally the good players are hard to prise away precisely because they are good. Why would they want to sell unless it's a silly bid?

He can play anywhere across the front line, so could be tried on the RW and also cover for Wilson up front. Sounds pretty ideal tbh considering those in the know seem to really rate him.

Sounds like that Bamba Dieng kid tbh. Not a fantastic scoring record, but probably better than his. He's powerful and presses really well.

Fair enough, I've not paid much attention to him before this season tbh. But I do generally like wide players who are on their natural foot if they've got wicked good delivery. Leighton Baines used to be good at that even as a full back.

Maybe I'm biased but I think Newcastle is a pretty attractive destination for most players in the Premier, especially those who have been sitting on the bench for a long time.

Wolves and Brighton also had poor goal scoring records though, you don't really want to use them as a yardstick. The only reason we escaped with a point on Saturday was because Brighton's forwards are if anything worse than ours.
