  1. Good goal? Fucking thrilled aren't you? Happy for the kid, tbh. Have the good fucking sense to stay fucking quiet, you dimwit.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

I think he could be worth a go as a number ten, just off a striker. He didn't look good playing centrally earlier this year, but a false nine is a completely different role. Just off Remy with no defensive duties he could be dynamite IMO, but that would require us playing without a target man which I'm not sure Pardew is willing to do.
  3. Gotta wonder if Shola has another start in him, reckon Pardew will want to keep the same team but it'll depend on The Sho's fitness. (Ameobi. Fitness. ) If he does rest him I'd be interested seeing Ben Arfa as a number ten behind Remy. Keep the same two banks of four that have done so well lately behind that then hope Remy or HBA can produce a bit of magic.

Probably gets an appearance bonus, easy fucking money. Bet Ashley was fucked off if so.
  5. That Cardiff goal was so good man, what the hell?

  7. Very solid player, always gonna give you a good shift and will chip in with the odd goal, which is something we've struggled to get from our midfield in recent years. Excellent squad player.

"Fast paced front foot football" wasn't it? Dude should sell used cars with guff like that.
  9. Bit of both. We looked decent, passed it well without looking massively threatening for the most part. Norwich looked toothless though.

Remy should have played him in at the end. He wouldn't have scored or anything, just saying that theoretically the pass was on there.
  11. Nowt to do with personnel IMO, it's the mentality. Doesn't matter who's on the field.

So fucking frustrating man. Deserves massive credit for the recent form, but showed in the second half why he'll never be anything better than a lower end PL manager. It's not like we even try and hit teams on the break once we're in front or anything. We just try and turn the game into a non event and hope nothing happens. Norwich didn't look particularly threatening, but they were there to be massacred in that half and we almost dropped points. Such bovine, cowardly stuff. Real shame as he'a shown good growth in other areas.
