  1. Hope he runs into the back of someone, that's my favourite Colback foul. I'm partial to the needless and blatant shirt tug on a winger whose stood facing the corner flag with no support and is struggling to keep the ball under control. So brainless. I'm a big fan of the snappy, mistimed standing tackle on a winger who's going nowhere, is facing away from goal, but is in the perfect position for a ball into the box from a free kick, should someone be stupid enough to put in a snappy, mistimed standing tackle. Good shout. This is especially enjoyable in the last 5 minutes of the match while holding a narrow lead.
  2. So they were shit and at risk of relegation when he signed up, he won them the league, and now they're shit and at risk of relegation again. Is it worth sacking the guy who won you the league? His job might have been more secure had he not won the league last year. He would've been expected to struggle.
  3. wew. Timing it peculiar. Can't agree with it like. Maybe they had a bust up or something? Sad times.

  5. Yeah when coming on as a sub, I don't think he's trusted enough to start which says its own story when the comparison is gouffran. Much as we love him - in some ways Rafa is Allardyce/Pardew. He likes to play the percentages, he likes hard working players he can rely on and he struggles to trust purely flair players. If his name was Ralph Bennett.... <\controversial> Should be a forward slash not a back slash. Your tags are still open. You've been controversial for hours now.
  6. Maybe Pards put a tenner on him to lay a nut on a Hull player that day?
  7. Mind, an EasyJet cabin worker got fired for eating a bacon sandwich. Was it yours? Nope. https://www.hrgrapevine.com/content/article/2017-01-16-easyjet-dismiss-employee-for-eating-bacon-sandwich Did you note both EasyJet and Ikea were shown to be in the wrong? As are the FA & the club here. He's clearly broken the rules though, you can't make exceptions for it. Maybe it's a case that the rule needs to be changed if there is one. What is the anti-betting rule on eating a pie or any food whilst sat on the bench out of interest? It'll be this bit: That doesn't cover eating a pie in my eyes. I think he should challenge it. I reckon he'd be better off handing in his resignation and riding off into the sunset. Then immediately signing a contract with Talk Sport.
  8. It's ridiculous. Surely he's affecting it just as much by not eating a pie. As long as he had no actual involvement in the betting, then I don't see what the issue is. They shouldn't allow stupid fucking bets to be placed if they don't want this kind of issue.
  9. Not sure why it's in this thread, but that's damn fuckin good news/
  10. Decent effort from Jacky. Maybe he should face the opposition goal more often.
  11. theyre not very good at defending from corners it seems
  12. Smart by darlow swiping the offside man off his feet. Great awareness.
  13. Jonjo has taken to forcing people to go forward with his passing. Colback still managed to pivot out of it like.
  14. fans have got some solid lungs on them when dastardly henri comes on screen like
  15. I'm finding it hard to work out what our tactics are, short of stay tight defensively. The right side is the only area where you feel something could be made. Either that or Jonjo channeling his inner Stevie and pinging a 40 yard rocket through ball to Dwight. Not sure what Diame and Gouffran are supposed to offer here.
