I'm not particularly convinced O'Shea would be a good signing for anyone, given our experience with Man Utd rejects.
-
It also holds their pre-season man-tits in place. Can't be sagging.

7 We used to have a player like that We did?

People are stupid for laughing at Man City's spending anyway. It's all relative. If we were to spend £17.5 million on Roque Santa Cruz, only for him to fail miserably, it'd be a big deal, for Man City, it means absolutely fuck all. It is the financial equivalent of NUFC buying a new set of cones for the training ground. If they turn out to be particularly shit cones, we'll go buy another set of cones, this time for TWICE as much money. Anyway...

Maxi? Cole? Aquilani? £20m Henderson? Kuyt? It's too many midfielders to just say you'll use them on the bench/ when players need resting.
-
Apparently just youth loanees, Jonjo Shelvey rumoured as one of them.

SSN: Big news coming up in next few minutes about Charlie Adam. I reckon we've put in a 50m bid, but I'll keep it in this thread for now anyway.

Is Mike Ashley the worst person ever to have been associated with NUFC?

I'm slowly getting more negative with you Shak. I don't think it'll be the worst summer ever if there is not much change from now till September, but it's certainly not the push I'd hoped for. It's no Bowyer Summer though. Stupid FFS. -
Whilst I'm sure he'll end up being #10, I'd wait until it's officially announced... danking11 Dan King @danburnip The numbers genuinely haven't been decided yet but he wore it in training today. Doesn't mean he will come August though.

Why has he tagged #safc? -
He's not going anywhere man. NUFC 4EVA.
-
f***ing Liverpool man. Yep £15 million for Downing? seriously man! Now compare to 20m for Henderson. Seems like a fucking steal now, dunnit?
-
I'd be surprised if he hadn't already had people interested in a pay-as-you-play deal, but any deal like that would be suicidal for him to take unless it still had a decent starting wage. Otherwise I'd gladly have him in. £0 p/w, £1k for every 3 minutes of football you play for NUFC. £8k well spent IMO.

Boateng moaned he wanted to play CB. I guess he just wasn't good enough to oust one of Man City's starting XI
-
He isn't one of the best left backs in the world.

They still have a yearly plan: $159.99 for the year - average of a little over $13 per month. It is going up to $169.99 in August, though, so act quickly. That's the way I've done it and it makes sense since you'll likely be using it every month anyway. Also, several people have said they'll be enhancing the site with new features, iPad functionality, etc. Apparently they're taking it a bit more seriously and the quality should improve. I hope so. Hmmm, I already pay for Fox Soccer+, get FSC free with my FIOS package... is there really that much benefit to getting the foxsoccer.tv shit too? It's great to be able to watch every match in a weekend, I was able to watch every Newcastle game because of it. The service is frustrating though, video can be sloppy and even unwatchable, but I still paid for it since I couldn't get that offer anywhere else. I don't really care about the new upgrades, PIP and live match stats will be nice, but I don't have an iPad or anything like that. The day they make a 360/PS3 app will be great. I know I'll buy it again next season since I probably won't have FSC, which even if you have, it's definitely still worth it. Hmm, well I'm not sure. Half of the games were on FSC or FS+ anyway, and the remaining ones could be found... elsewhere... and if the quality isn't all that good, I'm not sure it has any benefits over the... other... onlne coverage.

That shirt is fucking awesome.

defending Denilson. They'd be good to get any payment for that useless sack of shit. He's the Brazilian Nicky Butt.
-
Isn't it the same as the kit England wore a year ago... For some game... For some reason, which I forget.
-
I bought one of them off eBay for about 11 quid a year ago. Just a case of checking a lot.
-
Awesome. You don't get much complementary cake nowadays. Nice touch.
-
Maybe it was a tenner cheaper to buy the stream from behind the goal rather than the side of the pitch...? There are certainly no cameramen at pitch side for the close-ups n arl.
-
Probably the same stream. http://www.laola1.tv/ It's linked to from the fulhamfc website itself, so one would assume it's legal!
