What a night. Laurent I still can't believe people could criticise Robert's impact at NUFC. I was one of those who criticised him towards the end of the 2003/04 season and the whole of the 2004/05 season. Pretty dickish move on my part (I was only 15 at the time, young and stupid).

Pardew did mention that Ben Arfa will play some part on Wednesday against WBA. Hope it's a starting position (unlikely though). In any case when the AcoN comes along, that's really Ben Arfa's chance to prove to Pardew why he's deserving of a place in the starting line up. Like Fenham Mag, I'm confident the lad will take his chance.

No thanks, really don't want him here. Sure he is talented but I'd worry about his influence on team spirit (ie. he'd more than likely be a detriment on team morale....).

Would definitely take Samba. Though don't think Blackburn will let him go considering their relegation battle. Like I said, I wouldn't mind Cahill either. Samba is the preferred option but I'd be happy with either one of them really.

I'd go with this too. But like you've said, Pardew is more than likely going to go with Obertan. Pardew did said that Ben Arfa would be "involved in some capacity" on Wednesday.

Like The Prophet said though, Cahill is more than likely going to end up at Spurs. Can see it being a battle between Liverpool and Spurs for Cahill's signature really.
