surely he expected it? he was apparently 'hoping for a good reception'. is he mad?
-
i just think we have to accept he's a bloke who won't give anything away, and sits on the fence, he's media trained to death. he'll sign no doubt i reckon
-
great result, great day all round. there;s a real feel good factor about this place now, lets hope we can build on it and get the momentum going for next season
-
keegan has said owen is on our pens now, said it a few weeks ago, not so sure after that! still, 2-0 and happy days!

We'll finish above Tottenham? Some difficult games they must have doesn't look so silly now that table tbh -
it could of course be the usual 'giz a pay rise gaffa' agent bollocks

If there's a £30m offer on the table, it'll get rejected. If it was £35m it would get thought about, but Berbatov wouldn't agree to a move to Newcastle in any case. Man Utd, Real, Barcelona, Milan or Inter, that's about it. I wish I could disagree with you but I can't. Maybe if Berbs finally gets rejected by all the top teams next summer he'll start to lower his standards, but until then there's no way he'd come to this shambles. I've been told that Berbatov likes very much how Ramos shaping the team and is nowhere so strongly minded about going as he was earlier in the season. If Spurs can make Europe next season whether it be by league position, Carling Cup or Eufa Cup wins (all big asks I know), I would be pretty confident about him staying no matter who came in for him. He loves life in England and London in particular. My concern would be a big bid from Man Utd in the summer, especially if we haven't got European competition to offer. still as confident MJ?

it appeas he's off from spuds, his agent says today he wants to play in champs league and talks over a new deal have now broken down (on ssn). another big player wanting away from spurs. they seem to like selling their best players that lot
-
i have to say, despite the giggles, ashley cole will still command a fee of £20m if you ask me. would fucking love to see him here, but realy can't see it happening
-
the mackems will snap him up in an instant, as will wigan and maybe boro. he'll be off i reckon, he wants to play and its quite evident he won't play regularly under KK.
-
sky reporting sinatra as saying 'he isn't happy with the way results have gone in the second half', fair point, but you don't fucking say it if your backing your manager? he's going to be trouble for them i think, which is a shame, they're a good club city imo
-
this bloke's mental http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/7350245.stm
-
nah, no better than what we have imo, he's had a decent spell at brum since he went there tbf though
-
parry could be fucked here i reckon, he seems to have been pretty sly in all of this if he met klinsmann as well, im presuming rafa was under the impression that parry hadn't. one of them will go i reckon, and i think it may be rafa
-
lennon for £4m would do me very nicely indeed
-
todays times reckon sven is getting sacked at the end of the season anyway, so how close he was to signing for citeh we'll never know. having said that, i've never known that balague guy be right yet
-
same team for me.
-
a point will do me nicely tbh
-
aye, i've got 2 spares for this now
-
howay ozzie..step up son!
-
