West Bromwich Albion vs Newcastle United - 20/04/13 @ 3pm (No TV)
Mick replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
He would probably replace Cisse anyway so that we could keep our shape better. -
It's a good job we've got an excuse for everything then, if Pardew can't find one the apologists will do it for him.

The bit in bold is all that was required.

As stupid as it sounds, I think we'll get our 2nd away win of the season. It's the least that the manager and players can deliver after the shit served up last game. -
He started the season with a smaller squad with less quality than the previous season but with an added competition... I personally don't think it takes a genius to see where some of the problems lie... That's pretty arguable like. Argue it then... We lost Guthrie and Best off the top of my head straight away which we did not replace from a squad everyone agreed was too small to start with the year before... This time we had the Europa league to contend with... Pardew said we were fighting for the CL places with the squad he had.
-
He gets credit Ian, but it has to be relative to the achievement. I agree. Nobody was saying it was equivalent to winning the Champions League or anything, but it was a decent achievement. Pardew said it was tougher.
-
It was turgid for large parts of last season.

You really shouldn't have bothered with the edit, it makes you look like a tit.

It is possible that they will look for someone better if they bin Pardew, it will depend on how serious they are at wanting to take the club forward.

Why Are NUFC Apologising For Its Supporters Behaviour?
Mick replied to Crumpy Gunt's topic in Football
So the copper charged with policing the match is happy to suggest that the idiots involved very likely hadn't been to the match. Yet... Why the f*** are NUFC releasing statments proclaiming embarrassment when the embarrassment should lie with the parents of the scum throwing bottles and the idiot charged with policing the City. NUFC should say nothing until convictions are secured. NUFC can't be held responsible for civil disorder - the blame here lies with Northumbria Police being unable to cope. My feeling is that disorder is allowed and the Police contain, rather than deal with incidents as they know CCTV will provide the evidence and save them from actually having to deal with it at the moment it happens. Lazy and cheap policing. The police are in a no win position and I thought that they were brilliant around the ground before and after the game. -
It was mid morning on a Tuesday.

Go on then, let us all into the secret.
-
So because he's contacted (according to you) the media he's open to ridicule?
-
Variety, its all about variety.

Do you know what his disability is?

I hope if you're ever in the same position you'll post a picture so we can all have a laugh.

 What's funny about that?

The same knacker told everybody how he was going to play against Benfica and that Marveaux would play and Ban Arfa wouldn't play against the mackems. He's a walking contradiction, as well as a boring, useless, arrogant, negative bastard which goes without saying.
-
These past 25 hours have been shit.
-
We had our arses handed to us on a plate by the mackems 24 hours ago and people still defend him, its madness.
-
She hasn't changed then.

Some of the clowns in here seem to have more foresight than you seem to be able to call upon. Forsight my f***ing little hairy arsehole. Some f***ers didnt give him a chance from the very start man. Finding criticism at any possible point. In the end, this seasons been minging and it's not going to improve but I refuse to acknowledge those who keep coming out the woodwork claiming 'forsight' and that they've known it was going to end like this from the very start. It always ends this way for him.

Cabaye has got goals in him as we've seen when he gets forward, we need to change a game and I can see a few getting goals. Cisse, Ben Arfa, Marveaux, Cabaye, Sissoko and Gouffran have goals in them if used properly.
