A day out at Wembley is horrible when you lose, I would rather not go back than go back to lose.
  2. I'm not using it as a stick, I always thought that he should have been given a chance while here.
  3. Especially when we'll have sold him for peanuts.

I'm sure the club isn't 2000 years old, stop playing up to your stereotype.

Try running it without customers, employees, paying taxes etc etc. The only difference to most businesses (but not all) is the emotional attachment That is a massive, massive difference.

The land that the ground is built on is St James' Park, it's older than the club.
  7. He did for the first few games of this season.

Anybody who thinks a football club is just like any other business clearly don't know what they are talking about.

    It's irony all round then.

The black and white stripes weren't replaced, the blue star was positioned on a black stripe in the centre of the shirt, below the unbro and club badge. As for the Gallowgate, did we have season tickets before it was rebuilt? Also, the Gallowgate was replaced, St James' hasn't been so it's not the same.

  12. Donations to the council to put something on the pavement in front of the wall wouldn't be a bad idea.
  13. He would, like he was when L7 were singing about him.
  14. Something negative about SD would be much better and would get to Ashley and his poodle.

Shirt advertising replaced nothing, the Gallowgate name changed when the Gallowgate was replaced with a new stand which was given a new name.

I don't agree with him but he's said no worse than what is said about people having agenda's when they have different opinions. Personally, I think people have lost an argument when they use either.
  17. I'm not sure he's an Ashley fanboy, he just holds a different opinion.
  18. As a member of the public I don't see any point in the possible prosecution when the cost of the prosecution will outstrip the cost of the crime. All he's done is painted something on a wall which was basically on the wall the day before.
  19. The lad claims he knew he was going to get caught, you tell me.
  20. Any punishment should fit the crime, in this case I don't think it should even go to court. Even without going to court it will have cost police time and office time processing the case, possibly solicitors will have been involved. I’m not taking the piss here, my youngest brother was taken to court in the 80’s for riding a bike on a pavement and he was fined, it’s pathetic. The police officer who charged him should have been laughed out of the police force.
