I don't think he's a coward, he's just not good enough. He's got no pace so tries to cover that off and to do it he's usually out of position because he tries to be half way between 2 positions. Add his lack of technical ability and he's got too many problems in his game that he can't get away with.

I thought that Coloccini played well for the whole 90 minutes, he looked a bit ragged in the first half but that was down to trying to be everywhere and cover for others which he shouldn't really be faulted for.

Dummett isn't even good at defending when out wide. His positional sense is shite, he's fairly useless at getting forward and he's as slow as Shola. He can do a job in the middle but he's massively out of his depth on the left. We have better options on the left, even if they aren't that good and have bad games.

We were garbage yesterday and it doesn't matter if it was the worst seen in 50 years or not, it was shit. We won because they didn't have much threat and Elliot actually played like a competent keeper for a change. Having said that, it was one game and we've deserved more from other games when we've come away with nothing so in that respect, yesterday should probably be seen as acceptable.
