He is not ok. He has been a brilliant left back for United this season. Defensively solid, but getting forward very very well. Disgraceful. aye, was thinking the same. Didn't know he played for us.
  2. ...Shearer? He's been giving crosses to Shearer for years....maybe he saw him score enough headers to learn.
  3. I believe Martins will come good but I do agree with Gemmil, he does not comit to attacking. Several times he should have run at defenders or run into space but he does not commit himself and just backs off. I was shouting at the screen OI USE YOUR BLUDDY PACE!!! But he just tries a half-hearted shot straight at the keeper when using his (supposed pace) he could have easily side stepped and run past them, even shearer in his last season would have dribbled past the defender/keeper and scored( now before you say BS, take a look at how shearer rounded the keeper against wigan or tottenham I think it was, when he scored the brace.) Martins had two opportunities like this, instead he just halfheartedly kicked it at the keeper once, and once straight to the defenders legs.
  4. So no powerful striker, no Centre-half, no Fullbacks, but a midfielder who's a reserve at Manchester City to 'strengthen' our already huge midfield?...

I wouldn't take Neill purely for his alarming rate of red cards.
  6. N'zogbia in the centre with Parker, Luque on the left, Duff on the right, Shola and Martins up the front would be mouth-watering indeed.
  7. Also, never offside. Duff was coming back, Luque was fine, and he tucked away brilliantly. I saw Luque run back onside and receive the ball, I was surprised that he was called offside tbh.

I have a feeling people are gonna start dissing Freddy now lol.
  9. No, it's true. Every time he comes on I hope he suddenly shows why he cost £10m and has all those Spain caps, but once again he looked lost, disinterested and unable to do anything with the ball in build-up. I can't possibly agree with that. He played a couple of cracking crossfield balls and scored a good goal. I keep hearing 'disinterested' but I just don't buy it. I don't either, the fans also said this after the sunderland match, but from what I saw luque was running and closing down the ball at any opportunity available.
