  1. That feckin large white panel on the back makes you have to get a number on and why not have B&W stripes up the back and a smaller panel for the numbers :gm's patter:
  2. we hold the cards imho ,if its true that he refuses to pay seek legal advice and tell Arsenal our valuation take it or leave it ,Cabaye has been a disgrace in my view as all he has to do is clear it all up but says nowt and in my eyes he is the bad boy here. The problem is I can see Cabaye sulking all season if he doesn't get a move. I can't picture him busting a gut for us. It's a World Cup year so you'd think he'd be up for it but after his poor season last season I wouldn't bet on it. Will he play well for us to try to get a move in January if he doesn't move before this transfer window? A proper person would bust a gut to try and get into the French squad for the world cup but this kernt is pathetic and lets be honest a lot of fans feel let down by his behaviour in the last year .

  7. Same old for me, no penetration from midfield and zero efforts troubling there keeper (post is a miss in my book) ,crumbled at the back and poor finishing stopping a West Ham win,i try to be positive in the fact our midfield looked good second half but no idea upfront.
  8. You know him personally because I've never seen him say anything at all, ever. What? Hasnt read your posting Dave
  9. You know him personally because I've never seen him say anything at all, ever. In Daves article he added to his post (not got time to post it going to pub)
  10. Any love for Cabaye is gone ,he is dead to me French puff
  11. Kernt needs massive fine and flogged with nettles on his bare arse in Fenwicks window tbh
  12. This Kernt getting off lightly atm imho ,should be forced to play instead of acting like a little boy ,fine the wanker
  13. "Roman Abramovich could put £100 million into Chelsea and write it off ,Newcastle is not yet in a position to do that and neither are a lot of others " (from Daves article) Never will he or ever have the intention of doing that Ashley spouts on about Europe yet Pardew says it was a distraction ,how the fuck should he feel hearing that from his manager What a crock of shit and what the fuck is his ambition or long term plan for us now as the academy is a shambles too by all accounts

Cannot believe this kernt got us to 5th with the negativity he creates, even Krul was whinging about Europe getting in the way last season that Pardew complained about. He bigs up other teams and i honestly believe the players go out to stop the opposition instead of trying to enjoy themselves

  17. Aye fair comment but there's not really any way around it short of getting votes for each game. It's more about expectations for our own fixtures than any of the other games. Interesting if we had the other games mind for fun n shit like
  18. It seems to come down to wages mainly. You can't increase your wage budget over a certain amount per season, I think it's roughly £4m according to Gold for West Ham. This doesn't affect you if you're a club with a tiny budget, then you can go up to something like a £50m ceiling any time you like (for when you get promoted etc). This means a club can spend any money they like on transfers as long as the wage bill isn't increased significantly. Therefore Real can spaff as much money on buying Bale as is necessary, they just need to make sure they clear space in their wage budget for him. It should work because it effectively limits a club from bringing in a ton of players without losing a few in the proccess. The downside seems to be that it is based on where you stand currently. For instance, we couldn't go out and and match City's wage bill, we're stuck where we are now relative to them. /Disclaimer - That's my undertanding of it at least. Could be bollocks. Spreading transfer fees across a number of years too, hence why Real will be paying about £8m a season for Bale rather than it all up front or something. I believe we pay upfront dont we and let the buying club pay in installments like the traditional way as its normal too
  19. Pardew said did he not that he was going to be more offensive and not worry about the opposition so much
  20. It all comes down to one unified group of the different factions to come together and organize a proper game plan and promote a way of starving Ashley of his investment but as the Labour club meet proved it changed nowt .
  21. Under current management? We probably are. Its just limiting expectations isnt it. If he mentions the potential for Cabaye to be off 7 times during the window & someone finally bids as a fanbase we're more accepting of it due to the expectation in comparison to it being a shock. Ashley wants his money back but he also wants his asset to keep a good status so he can get a good price in future, so we buy decent players for cheap, increase their status over here, sell them for big amounts, then reinvest part of the cash in similar replacements who he thinks can follow the same pattern. Hopeful outcome being we always do decently & he always makes a profit on who we bring in. All he needs then is a manager who will buy into letting his better players go, whilst also trying to get supporters to do the same. Already in our ranks
