Barnes is a much better player than Gordon around the box. Just has an instinct for popping up in the right place and makes really good decisions too. His biggest flaws are that he can go missing for long period (which nobody will care about if he produces) and his all around build up play is pretty average and safe. Over the course of 38 games, if played consistently id back him to out perform our other wingers, just on numbers. He should be our starting left winger for a few games now. They only way Gordon should come back in, is if he looks back to his best from the bench.
