  1. I feel like with Joelinton, Botman and Isak we'd give these a proper game mind.
  2. Swap Gordon for Willock and bring Osula on for Wilson.
  3. Hall and Tino have been brilliant.
  4. It's a game where the lads with the pace and physicality are showing up the slower ones.
  5. Apart from the goal, Tonali has been good. Bruno has been invisible.
  6. So passive. No pressing whatsoever. Sitting off invites pressure and we aren't good enough to deal with it.
  7. That's shocking all around. Diaz totally unchallenged against Tino.
  8. Newcastle playing 442, commentary mentions = once Salah penalty mentions = calculator broken. Edit: what's their actual job?
  9. We playing 442 here? Gordon up front?
  10. This ain't the game for Gordon not to track back. That's the only negative thing I'm going to say.
  11. Rafa is so intelligent man. Pissing over regular pundits.
  12. Also Forest have Chelsea last game of the season. Gonna be very interesting.
  13. If it goes down to the wire, we will smash Everton at home on the last day. Crowd will be buzzing.
  14. Without looking at our fixtures, I believe we have Man United H Ipswich H Chelsea H Everton H These are about as good as fixtures as I could have asked for... my reasoning is that 3 of them are sides I'd expect the crowd and team to be well up for and Ipswich are piss poor. On the other hand Liverpool A Arsenal A Villa A Are games we really need to fight for anything we can get. 3 points from them would be a good return. (I know we have more fixtures than that, they are just ones I've picked out.)
  15. I suppose that's as good as can be expected with them fixtures. Southampton was always a write off against Chelsea. Once again, a completely unpredictable middle pack. We can trust others to slip up, we just need to go and grab as many points as we can.
  16. I'm pleased that we've only got a small break until the next game after this. Id much prefer Howe to think outside the box for this one. Id be tempted to bring Krafth in at RCB and play with wing backs.
  17. STM

    Harvey Barnes

Putting him on right wing doesn't help. He's not a right winger.
  18. These scores are a great example of why we shouldnt shit ourselves after a bad result or two. Fiercely competitive across the league, beyond Southampton and Leicester.
  19. Have a from me. Howe has worked miracles. imagine what he could do with some more top quality... bigger miracles.
  20. Yeah im really annoyed that our manager that keeps getting us in Europe and into finals is letting us down. Make it make sense.
  21. I agree. It's also weird how Schar keeps getting a pass, when in reality he's had an average year by his standards.
  22. My arguement would be that the best sides can bring 2/3 players in to keep physicality and motivation at a higher level. We have to go time and time again with players who just aren't good enough on the bench. Perhaps a fair criticism of Howe isn't being bolder in his selection, could he have played Wilson and Isak or Osula just to give them something different to think about? Those would be points I'd make.
  23. Apart from Willock for Krafth, I'd have done the same. Trippier has been a disaster mind. Lesson learned there. Has to be Tino.
  24. But you'd agree that he hasn't even been given the chance right? We haven't signed anyone in 2 years. Let's see how Pep does with that "limitation".
