This is something I can get on board with mind.

Aye most players have a loyalty bonus, which basically means if they hand in a transfer request they lose x millions and presumably there is a little slice in there for the agent too. It's probably not a bad inclusion, all things considered. Just working against us right now.

I've not seen anyone as good as Guehi mentioned. That's not to say you are wrong but when people say "let's go and sign Chalobah" it surprises me how quickly some are willing to downgrade. By all means move on if we have someone like Schlotterbeck in our sights but we can't do is compromise in quality, otherwise it's a waste of time.
-
Right? I understand the willingness to stick two fingers up at Parish and move on but move on to what? I'd be more annoyed at the club for signing a clearly worse player than I would at them for spending what it takes for their top target.
-
He pretty much admits that he expects him to leave. "That might be the one you see movement on". Definitely just trying to get an extra couple of quid.
-
This clip actually changes my mind. He looks absolutely resigned to losing him. It's an interesting play from Parish but I think he's just after a bigger bid.
-
The good thing is that you know we won't say anything in response because those in charge of us are respectful.

Signing Madueke would be make me feel much better.
-
Really? That's exactly what I'd expect from a slimey little cunt like him.
-
What's the talk.... new stadium or expansion?
-
Ah, your going with the "he's just shite" thing? As opposed to the "he's a good player but we need a little bit more" viewpoint.
-
He'd be worth 15m to someone like Leicester or Everton or even Palace. His wages would be top end for them but it would be doable.
-
They were never likely to bid enough.

Fucking surely the fact it hasn't be rejected outright is good news?
-
I had in my head he was a CB. I've hidden my post because quite frankly it's now embarrassing.
-
I shared it with mates on WhatsApp. There's no telling what damage was done.
-
Feel like we could hours or moments away from an Ornstein tweet.
-
I've got him on mute, so at this point I'll take it.
-
And that's fine. Obviously I hope my negative slant is entirely wrong.
-
Right? Like it's a fucking career that he's tirelessly worked at.

Well yes but if we can't discuss what journalists are reporting then this place is going to be pretty dull.
